Outstanding. I can’t believe how easy it was to get a “Made to Measure” suit. Living in deepest Cornwall I thought the idea of getting this kind of quality service would have meant making a long journey. Instead you came to me, not literally of course, but I did feel you wanted me to be happy. I am. Thank you for giving me a touch of style. It looks as good as it feels.

Hi, I received my new tweed suit today, and I have to say I am very impressed, the suit fits perfectly and the quality is really good, thank you very much guys.

Richard you emailed me last week suggesting that there had been some form of technology glitch that had prevented you releasing my (and a number of others, you suggested) refund, that you had now resolved and had released payment. A week later still no refund!
It’s a shame that the only thing you respond to is poor reviews. If you provided even a base level of customer service, people wouldn’t need to write them in the first place.
If your response to my first review held true, we could have engaged in a conversation and reached an acceptable outcome. Instead, ignoring half a dozen requests to your ‘call’ centre and at no point responding with anything other than false promises to return my money is far from acceptable - and people should be aware of the type of company they would be dealing with.

I ordered a made to measure suit online for the first time, after going from one confusing website to another and so on, I came across the British tweed company, and they supply tailored made to measure only, the suit arrived before the delivery date, and most importantly it fit like a glove, this is what I call made to measure service and I also live how you guys add that little extra detail on the inside lining, thank you and you guys are one these that are trusted for sure

Really happy - the suit is great quality and the packaging was lovely!

My husband wanted a new suit for his 40th birthday and we thought a tailored suit would be nicer than off the rail sizing.  We were a little unsure about the measurement process but the guide on the website was easy to follow.  The suit arrived a couple of weeks later and it fit absolutely perfectly. Rich was really nice and helpful and we couldn’t be happier with the suit. I would highly recommend the made to measure suits, for only a little extra its fully tailored.

Never had a tailored suit before so was nervous about measuring, but fits amazing and I got loads of compliments on it.

I am writing to let you know how pleased my husband was with the suit l purchased for him for our granddaughters weddings Two of them !
Everyone completed him on it and we had a wonderful day

Have used this company twice for suits in the last few months and have been very impressed with them on both occasions. Both suits arrived promptly and were very well made - I got more than a few compliments wearing them around work! Very happy customer and will look forward to buying more suits from them in the future.

We ordered a suit which arrived and was too small, it must have been their sizing as any other suit we have bought has been the same size and fit perfectly. We returned it and received a refund with no problem and re-ordered in a size up. The suit arrived but was blue instead of the light brown that we ordered. I emailed them and explained but they couldn't seem to grasp the situation. It took a lot of emails and photographs for them to understand it was the wrong item. I asked for a refund, which they agreed, and for postage to be refunded as this was their mistake, which they did not agree to. I had to cite legislation to them that confirmed the return postage should be at their expense. They have now agreed to refund the suit and postage but I am yet to receive this, this has been going of for about a month now. Terrible customer service, not sure on the quality of the suit as we didn't take it out of the packaging.

Do not order suits from this company. Suits were about 2 sizes to small. Nobody gets back to you. Parcel Force cannot get sign off at return address. Web site address is just a mailbox. Check facebook reviews. Still cannot say sorry for a had run company. And I put the full address on returns. Just covering themselves for a very very poor service.As for the measurements . I ordered for the peg size so nothing to do with my chest size. Just another excuse from a poor company. Even Primark sizes are nearer than yours. Not once did anybody phone and maybe that's why the mobile number I had soon got recovered.

Disgrace! I also ordered 6 suits for my wedding (made to measure). The suits that were delivered were not of commercial standard. Fabrics and construction were poor and the finishing was utterly shambolic. There were raw edges, bubbling and stretching of fabrics. The suits were stretched out of shape and even basics like button placement was incorrect. My dad actually received one leg one inch longer than the other. Absolutely no response from the company after multiple emails and calls and we have had to spend more money with dry cleaners and alterations to try and get the suits to a wearable state as we couldn't recover any costs to get new suits. Absolutely devastated that these suits will be in our photos. I was so embarrassed to give them out to my wedding party.

Utterly shambolic.

Ordered suits for wedding. Communication was awful from the start and they produced suits to the wrong sizing. Failed to respond to most messages and those which they did took an age (e.g. 5+ days). Refused to take any responsibility. Do not use.
