Excellent service. AA arrived well in advance of notified arrival on app. Unable to make repair on site so recovery back to my home address. Joel the AA mechanic was very professional and recovery by him to my home address excellent.

Nathan arrived in 20 minutes, diagnosed my problem, told me what parts to buy for my fix, followed me all the way home to make sure I got home safely. Can't thank him enough for the help

On time.and tested my battery. And done good job..frendly and well manard..adam. gave me great advice.

The AA mechanic was able to identify the cause of the issue immediately, while also showing concern for our safety by following behind us to make sure the vehicle was able to get us home, as the part needed was not available at the time of the breakdown.

Once I succeeded in registering my breakdown – which seemed to be several times – the service was good. The AA man arrived well within the time and was polite and helpful and explained exactly what his diagnosis was and what I needed to do.

David (AA patrol) was brilliant. He arrived promptly, gave me a quick rundown on what he was doing. He did a temporary repair on my tyre to get me to the garage and followed me to make sure I got there safely. He then came into the garage to explain the cause of the puncture and assisted me with taking photographs for the insurance. He was friendly, polite and in my opinion went above and beyond. Great guy.

In bad weather & major traffic jams due to accident Daniel still managed to reach me in just over an hour. He was extremely helpful. Topped up coolant with water & followed me off the major road to a side turning about a mile further on where he took a good look and advised me to call my garage if had one. He then proceed to follow me all the way to garage to ensure I arrived safely for which I was so grateful. Excellent service. Thank you Daniel
