Ian was very professional and helpful, I have been a member since 2023 and this was my first call for help. Thankfully AA was there to assist and they certainly did.

Really outstanding service - My car failed to start at a park & ride. Dead battery. Really easy reporting through AA app, immediate acknowledgement, received a call within 5 mins from Haydn who located my vehicle (amongst many 100s of cars) through my phone. He arrived within 10 mins, diagnosed fault & fitted a replacement battery. I was on my way home within 30 mins. I switched to the AA this year because of poor service from another provider - this was the first time I've used the AA & I can't fault the service. Thank you!

Peter, the mechanic, turned up within 10 minutes of my reporting the breakdown. He tested and replaced my entirely dead battery quickly and competently, while taking the trouble to explain every stage of the battery testing to me. He was pleasant, cheerful and polite.

Tom was fantastic! Fixed my Tyres very quickly, explained everything I asked, did not take the Mickey out of a motorcyclist who can barely tell one wheel from another 😀, and was thoroughly cheerful! Top man!

Richard arrived exactly on time. He quickly assessed the issue and talked me through exactly what he was doing and subsequently identified the malfunctioning part and the cause. He even gave me a rough idea of the repair cost. Richard was very informative, professional and efficient.

I was reassured from the first phone call the lady I spoke to keep me relaxed throughout our conversation I was leep up to date by tex message of the time Peter was coming then a phone call from Peter I will strongly recommend AA to all my friends and peter was fantastic at his job and I couldn't thank him enough

I’ve been an AA member for over 25 years. As a disabled person, It’s vital I have access to a reliable breakdown service, the AA has been excellent in this regard, they have never let me down. I’ve found every AA operative I’ve dealt with has been professional, knowledgeable, diligent, efficient and friendly. Today’s operative was no exception. Thank you to Sohrab who came to my rescue today. I’m incredibly grateful.

We didn't have to wait long very pleasant.young man efficient in putting on the spare wheel. When we got home we were able to make an appointment to have the the tyre replaced next day.

Simply a well deserved 5 stars, from start to finish, beginning with the person taking my call and initiating/recording the breakdown request to the engineer’s timely follow-up during travel to the location and rendering the needful services, I am very pleased on the overall efficiency and time taken to safe guard my return home.

Did not have to wait long for help and i was towed back home very quickly. Given very sound advice about my own vehicle amongst other advice on what to maybe look out for which was supported by my mechanic.
Eccelent service.

Nick was great he explained what needed to be done and got my car to my nominated garage who knows the car as it services it for me and does any work that needs doing for me and nick was really nice at helping get the car to the garage.
