Hi Danny, your car has been showing a no start and AdBlue fault since April. Our Patrol topped up the AdBlue and tried to reset the system, but this wasn’t possible. They let you know we could only offer a pay as you go recovery, as the car was being driven with a known fault. We understand you said you’d be making your own arrangements and we hope you're back on the road soon.

Regular updates on arrival time. Call from mechanic 10 mins before arrived. Quickly got the car started.

Lewis the AA car engineer was a credit to the AA. I was not going to renew my subscription to the AA but after his professional knowledge, help with my car problem and honest helpful advice I decided to stay with the AA.

Caring and professional service

Recently had my brakes done at another company and Colin from AA identified that my brakes were fitted incorrectly after coming out for a pump leak. The brake pads were hanging out . I had rear disks and pads fitted and my brakes failed with me and my children in the car. Breaks appeared to be working again so I continued to drive . This could have ended very badly for me and my family. He stayed and fixed the brakes making my car safe again. Even called a local garage for me to get my pump repaired . Can not thank the AA enough . The company who originally fitted them have admitted liability.

This service is priceless

This service is priceless, arrived within 30 mins, temp fix on my electric vehicle then followed me to garage. Finally dropped me back at my doorstep all within 2 hours. Sadly Kia can’t look at it for 2 weeks but AA are AMAZING

My car overheated in a steam of traffic…

My car overheated in a steam of traffic at the beginning of road works. I was in live traffic with a smoking engine. It was a frightening position. Phillip was able to get to be, diagnosed the problem as a broken radiator fan. He got me to Ccs’s a garage in Southampton. He was professional, kind knowledgeable. He explained the problem without being condescending in any way. He also noticed a broken headlight bulb and changed it for me. Very grateful and appreciative of the service offered by the AA.
