Absolutely appalling service from…
Absolutely appalling service from Three. I’m unfortunately still stuck in a contract with them for over another year, although I have managed to close my Three 4G broadband contract.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before using Three. My broadband was £22 a month, and despite having paid all my bills, after closing the account they tried to charge me over £100 extra for a service that didn’t work properly. The contract had also ended, so I was entitled to cancel it.
Trying to contact Three is another nightmare. Don’t bother calling unless you have plenty of patience — it feels almost impossible to get through to an actual person rather than dealing with an automated voice system. When you eventually do speak to someone, the staff often seem to have no idea what is going on.
The mobile service I’m still using with Three is no better. Calls regularly don’t come through, and the service is unreliable.
Overall, my experience with Three has been extremely disappointing. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them and will be leaving as soon as I’m able to.
