Great quality
This is to cover two orders.
First, I ordered the blue Sxmini and it’s an absolutely beautiful colour. Really pleased.
Second, I usually work with 3 devices just in case something happens or so I have a fully charged device in bag. I couldn’t decide between the green or purple and just ordered both as amazing price.
Again the colours are beautiful, the green is pale and the purple like blue is vibrant.
I also ordered pods and drip taps, again great quality.
I truly recommend these devices and first company that pictures do show exact colour.
This is now my go to company for anything vape. Thanks for everything x

Amazing service from Clarke and Neil
I have recently made the transition from my previous vape supplier to Totally Vapour and I can safely say I should have done this earlier. Clarke and Neil were absolutely amazing explaining the closest similar product to the one I currently use and Neil went out of his way to find something I needed too. I placed my order and then realised something I wanted wasn’t in stock so I called up and got back through to Clarke who said he would order it in for me and that he’d hold my order for me so it could all be sent out together. He said it would be in the following week - to my delight Clarke has called me today to say my items have arrived today which is earlier than I expected. The customer service like I say is absolutely second to none which is a polar opposite to the service I received from my previous supplier. I will continue to use Totally Vapour and would highly recommend as they have a very good range. The personal touch for me was the owner making the time to speak to me on the phone. Genuine little touches that go a very long way and make you feel like nothing is too much.

Knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced, with a great line of short fills. The bonus nic shots of some products further sweetens the deal.

Kieran sold me my vape. Being an indecisive person I find it hard to explain what I want. How ever he is patient and made it easy for me to decide what I want and need. He is also one of the main reasons I keep using your store. He is an asset to you guys. I do always receive great service either way.

Rude and unhelpful customer service.
Ordered £80 worth of products, no complaints with the comms/delivery until I realised I'd mistakenly ordered nicotine free products (less than half of the order).
Sent an email to see if an exchange would be possible, response took more than a week. Sales rep shared their returns/exchange policy, but no need to be rude 😂
I hope Clarke is getting the support they need for whatever negative experiences they've had in life.
Based on this experience, wouldn't order again.

I really love your shop and have always…
I really love your shop and have always enjoyed my visits! I've never had any issues until now, but I wanted to share that I have a foot condition that makes it hard for me to stand for long periods. I noticed the stools are no longer available, so I’ve been sitting on the floor. It would be great if there was a designated spot for customers to sit.
Kieran is such a wonderful person! He has been there for me through thick and thin, always going beyond just customer service.
Brandon has also been super helpful and always offers great advice whenever I need it!

I had a fabulous experience with Kieran at the Shirley branch. This young man was very knowledgeable about the products and very easy to talk to. He explained several things that I didn’t understand fully and I didn’t feel rushed or stupid like I have done before in other shops.
Kieran only works on Wednesday and Thursday so visit one of these days if you want to chat with him (I’d recommend!)
What a credit to this business you are. I’ll be back to purchase again.
