We were supported by Matthew he was very helpful and informative and was not pushy at all just answered all our questions
He also did a follow up call the next day to check all was ok
There was a small glitch on our side with the registration document in the wrong name but they sorted that very quickly for us

The process of buying a new car can feel somewhat overwhelming but, thanks to the brilliant customer service received from Christian at the Bookham branch, it was made seamless and stress free. He listened to my requirements, wasn’t at all pushy and delivered the car in brilliant condition.
