TW White Bookham is, without doubt, the definition of what a car dealership should be. Absolutely brilliant!
Dealing with TW White has always been a first-class experience (over 15+ years since 2011). Everyone we have dealt with has been unfailingly helpful, friendly, efficient and all-round brilliant. Christian Saint (who organised our first Mazda3 in 2011 and is still outstandingly helpful), Richard McGaw (who handled all our Service requirements with total excellence until a few years ago and is still sorely missed), Ben James (whose kind assistance during recent years has been impeccable), Jenson Pinkney (whom we were fortunate to meet during the past year) and Harry (whose second name we unfortunately don't know but who continues to exhibit the friendly TW White assistance we have come to expect). Hopefully the future will continue to maintain the same high standards!

I felt the sales team were open and honest. There was no hard sell and this instilled confidence in me when considering my purchase.

Polite but didn’t stamp service manual. Didn’t order paint as requested. Didn’t sort out registration plate.
Polite staff. Smart garage. Didn’t stamp stamp service manual. Didn’t order or give touch up paint. Didn’t fix registration plate properly for me. Service of car seems good so far. Customer satisfaction could be higher.

Seatbelt issue fixed!
I went to the Bookham branch as had an issue with my seatbelt in my Mazda. They were great in advising and helping, and sprayed my seatbelt for me to fix the issue. They were so helpful and didn’t charge me and would highly recommended due to the fantastic customer service of them going above and beyond to help.
