Very useful being able to go with one company who then booked our coaches with multiple companies. However, there were quite a few mistakes made along the way - wrong destinations, wrong pick up addresses, wrong final balance. All were corrected after raising it but certainly added some stress along the way.

The coach was in excellent condition—neat, tidy, and comfortable. The driver was friendly and greeted both the staff and the children as we boarded. The ride to our destination was smooth. However, we encountered an issue with a blown tire on the way home. The driver was very attentive, apologising repeatedly and working tirelessly to find a solution. He kept us informed about everything that was happening. Despite being four hours later than our scheduled time, he safely brought us back to school, and we were very grateful for that.

Great service . Driver is very kind and we have enjoyed lot with him because he has done lot of fun with us .That was our nostalgic memory now.

The drivers were on time to collect us from each venue and when I rang to change the pick up times they dealt with the problem. Unfortunately there was some con fusion with our taxi on the late night pick up as he didn’t seem to know who had administered the pick up and did not know who Sharon was.

Bus turned up for wedding transport but driver went to multiple wrong locations and sent incorrect pins as to where he was which was a complete mess. Then demanded £400 cash or wouldn’t move the bus. Zero pre warning that this was the case and no invoices issued. I would stear clear. No attempt at apology from company just asked me to provide a review

We had booked UK Mini Bus Hire for a work 40th Anniversary celebration for our staff to Goodwood Races last week. All communication with the Sharon at the office was good, my emails and queries were all answered promptly. Our driver, Zaffa, was amazing, he went above and out of his way to accommodate us. He spoke to me the day before, and then on arrival to us. Arrived on time and arrived to our destination in plenty of time, he was happy for us to stop off at the pub before getting to Goodwood as well. The Return journey was good as well, although we had a time booked, our party was ready before, so we called him and he arrived to pick us up within 10 minutes. Zaffa was amazing, thank you so much

Brilliant service, thank you! We contacted Edward at UKMinibushire because we needed an 8 seater to take the mother of the bride and bridesmaids to the wedding on Saturday. It is a day where nothing can go wrong! We were sent the driver's number a couple of days before, which was comforting. We had the best service from our driver, very professional and friendly and chatting all the way. I'm so sorry I didn't get his name, but thank you for a great, relaxed journey! Thank you Edward too for organising. We thoroughly recommend this service.

We booked a 15 seat minibus for a trip to Musselburgh races. The booking process was easy, Edward was always very helpful. Bus arrived on time, driver was great, and the bus brought us back again in the evening with no delays. We would book again.

Terrible service for an airport pick up and drop off. The company insisted on being paid for both journeys up front which was highly unusual. The flight home was delayed. Notwithstanding being told they would monitor the flight, I messaged to warn of the 3 hr delay but the driver refused to drive until we agreed to pay an additional entirely arbitrary sum for the delay. The driver had also pulled up in a random area and it took us 30mins to find him, his phone wasn’t working. Would not recommend this company.

Please take this review seriously, I wish I had followed my gut before using this company as I'd read reviews but was reassured that the not picking up was a one off!! I arranged for them to take a party of 10 to Birmingham airport (including 4 children under the age of 10), they insist on taking money upfront, I paid the remainder of the cost to the driver in cash as that's what he insisted on when he dropped us off at the airport. They left us stranded and failed to pick us up on the return journey in the early hours of a cold and wet morning in the UK, we waited over 1.5 hours, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and constant phone calls to the number provided, with no response, so in the end decided to split into 2 black cabs (5 in each) and make our own way home at our own expense, to travel back to Doncaster. I have been liaising with Edward for a refund, who gave no apology or explanation as to why this happened, although I read reviews that this seems to happen a lot. It has taken over 3 weeks to get the money back and that is after emailing every day. I got the impression that he was hoping I would just go away!! It was only when I emailed saying that I was going to take the legal action and take them to a small claims court that he seemed to listen!!
Just to add the minibus that picked us up had seen better days, not like the pics on their website, it was scruffy, it hadn't been cleaned from apparently being used for a horse racing event the day before with beer cans and dried up limes on the floor, the seats were dirty. The driver didn't help with putting 10 suitcases and hand luggage in the minibus either, he stood outside having a fag, while he just watched us struggle to fit it in. In hindsight I'd have paid twice the amount for a better service and just to get picked up after a long day travelling. 1* given for getting us to the airport at least.

Kenny is friendly and completely competent as a driver and guide. Everyone was made to feel welcome, safe and comfortable. Terrific experience!
