Been waiting MONTHS for refund, still processing refunds from june/july it says on their FAQs, find this hard to believe its now OCTOBER and they are actively ignoring me now. Can anyone tell me how to go through my bank ?

Still waiting for a refund for mays cancelled event! First time going to we are! What a disappointment. I emailed them during the pandemic and got a response now I chase for a refund no one responds!! Would be nice if they just responded to give us a deadline of the refund!

No stars- dreadful company, had my money since September last year and still no refund for tbe event cancelled in May. It’s with the bank now and if they can’t help, off to court I go.

NO REFUND
I’ve been chasing for a refund from them since April and as of yet I still haven’t received anything but false promises and appalling customer service.
My advice, stay well clear from them and if you’re still after a refund like me, just contact your bank and they will sort it for you without haste.
I’m not one to complain but they’ve managed to bring out the inner-Karen in me.

I’ve emailed their customer service, messaged their Instagram and Facebook Accounts over a month ago however I’ve received no response and haven’t got my refund absolute joke hope they lose all their customers
New global events, but no refund? Scam.

Absolute joke of a company! Quick enough to take money for tickets that I bought in January, we are now mid September and still no refund! They cancelled their festival in May and have even held another festival at the beginning of September, yet they haven’t processed anybody’s refund for the tickets in May 2020. They also then have the cheek to express that they aren’t refunding the vat or ticket fee. Absolute disgrace of a company and their accessibility to be able to get in touch with them is appalling! DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH THEM TO ANYBODY!!!

I have requested a refund through the link they sent on the 6th August and still no news. Not even a response to say it is being processed. I also emailed info and Facebook messenger and no reply.

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service. I’m still waiting for a refund and it’s been nearly a month. All the other festivals was so polite and gave me one within 5 days of contacting them. Iv had to non stop message Just to get in contact with them and now they have been ignoring me for a week and a half, still not giving me an answer. They have no respect for any of there customers.

Absolute joke!
Absolute joke!! I had tickets to the festival and was never contacted and told the festival was now cancelled. They never even posted on their social media that the festival was cancelled. I’ve emailed customer services only to be told that everyone was emailed and given until 6th August to apply for a refund. I did not receive this email! I have complained and been told they are waiting to hear back from management about what to do if someone requests a refund past the deadline. This was three weeks ago and still not heard anything!

Like with every other festival I booked this year I have needed to get a refund, every other events company has been swift in getting us our money back and there events were due to happen after “we are” We are was the first on my festival line up this year and I’m still waiting on a refund for 2 tickets, I processed the refund through the email login, but no customer service to talk to it’s shocking... like everyone else I want to support the industry and have friends in the industry as-well but this is shocking
