Don’t buy from them. 2 items missing from the order and telephone number on invoice doesn’t work. Emailed to complain- no reply.

I have ordered from whole sale sweets uk a few times now, each time my order has been complete and arrived promptly.
There was a delay with the most recent order but as soon as I contact wholesale sweets uk on their messaging service I had an update and sweets arrived the next day.
Would definitely recommend

Ordered, came in good time and email was replied to in a timely manner when sent. The only concern I had was when I received a confirmation that my order had been shipped but only 1 out of 12 items were on the list. Once I saw the reviews I got increasingly concerned however I emailed the company in the afternoon to ask about the rest of my order, I was told the following morning that it had all been shipped. That afternoon I received the complete order. Unlike others I did have a good experience with this company and prices are very reasonable, I would order again.

I opened a business selling sweets and normally get deliveries from wholesalers with over a year use by dates on, this company sold me 7/8 month date on a nearly £400 delivery (so obviously don’t sell much)and when I sent an email with pictures of each of the sweets dates, I get a rude response,and told to return them and I would have to pay for the return. not surprised the rating on this company is very poor, (just wish I had seen this trustpilot review before I ordered) no help what’s so ever, shame, wholesale sweets you could of got a lot more orders from me…your loss! Terrible customer service Rachel!!

I purchased two 3k bulk sweet for my wedding favours. I must say I did panic when I didn’t get a confirmation email at first. So I googled and saw these reviews and thought it must be a con. However I received a confirmation email after a few days, and the products arrived a couple of days after that! The sites completely legit guys, they were brilliant for me!

Ordered over £100 worth of candy bars for a corporate event. Only half arrived-- they'd canceled half the order and didn't even send a courtesy email to let us know. Terrible supplier... order elsewhere.

Ordered on Friday , didn’t check reviews before purchase. Then did panic slightly. I didn’t receive a confirmation email but after a couple of days received a email which only had 1 part of the order not all of it. But thought I’d wait to see whether it all arrived. And the items arrived today. The order arrived very quickly. And no problems. Would be likely to order again.

I placed an order without checking TP first! Then panicked when I read all of the reviews. I did not receive a confirmation email so both emailed and messaged via their live chat. If I’m honest, I wasn’t expecting a reply based on what others had said on here, however, I received a prompt response to both my email and live chat stating that they had received my order and that it was getting ready for dispatch.

The order was sent quickly and I had a dispatch email from both the company and the courier stating it was on its way.

My order arrived complete and so I felt it necessary to write this review to confirm that the company is real and that they fulfilled the order in its entirety. I would order again based on the above.

It's a legitimate company trying to make it in a corporate world...yes its not as simple as ebay. Quick and easier there. They're using woocommerce to process orders...... its not a scam company. I was paranoid as can be about my purchase as I didn't receive any automated confirmation email straight away etc. I ended up cancelling but got a refund quick enough. Tbh I wish I'd waited for the delivery..and yes they do deliver orders. Its just a wait for them to process things and get it done. But small staffing obvs. Just give them a chance. They're not scammers whatsoever. So people leaving reviews out of anger. Sort your head out u mugs...you could be affecting business without understanding. I guarantee u mugs leaving crappie reviews got your money sorted or products but don't update that. Simple.

Wish I had checked the reviews before my order, needed supplies for an event this week, ordered based on their 3-5 working day delivery time, however no update on my order whatsoever! cannot contact the company by phone, and their chat is absolutely useless not response! will never use this company again and not sure if I will even get my money back at this rate! Do not buy from them!!!

Also wish I had read the reviews. Only received part of the order and no response from the company despite numerous attempts to contact them.

I wish I'd seen the reviews before I paid hard earned money to them.
Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, still not received anything. I have tried messaging twice without any response.
I eventually received my order, over 4 weeks after it was ordered. I also had the delivery charge refunded.
Had a response from company using the excuses of being closed over Christmas and my order being lost in transit. After all of the hassle, I still do not recommend this company.

Avoid at all costs!

Made an order and no confirmation email, so I sent over an email and the email bounced back!

Shameful business, just close down your business if you cant handle orders.

order place over a month ago have already emailed for refund and still nothing no sweets no refund. Can no longer send a message to them of their site and phone number not ringing I have reported this company to trading standards. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Received my order quickly enough but there was an item missing. I emailed them to query this and they replied saying that item was out of stock so they would refund me. Unfortunately despite several chasing emails, they never refunded me nor did they bother to reply again.

DO NOT BUY SWEETS FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order for our school Christmas fair. 3kg of sweets was missing from the order. Cannot contact them by phone, email or DM via Instagram. I cannot believe what a scam they're running.

I placed an order (regretfully) and the money was taken straight away. This was now two weeks ago and I have not received said order! If I could give zero stars I would!!

I didn't receive a confirmation email either.

I contacted the company querying the delay and lack of delivery information and they are just ignoring me.

I'm absolutely disgusted by this company, quick enough to take your money however will not send you your product or provide a refund. Totally let down and would hate for anyone else to make this mistake. Absolute scammers.

Absolute rip off company.
Just added Ceramac bars to the basket. Within seconds they had more than trebled the price in the basket because of the announcement of the product being withdrawn from future production.

Don’t buy from these, deliver the wrong sweets and the refund never cleared, out of pocket on postage too , delivered cheap chews not toffee Bon Bon’s . 5 weeks and still no refund going round in circles. No one ever answers the phone. Shop elsewhere, complete scammers .

Never received my order. They don't answer to my emails. They also don't answer their phone. Avoid at all cost.
