DO NOT USE this company …. They should not trade online as they cannot fulfil customer orders correctly. My order arrived a day late and I was missing 3kg of sweets. I have completed 2 online forms, no reply, unable to ring as number just cuts you off.. £18 down and they are not interested.. wish I had read these reviews first..

I made an order and one of the items didn't arrive so I contacted them and they said they would give me a refund. I have yet to receive a refund and now they don't answer my emails and don't answer the phone.

Terrible customer service. I’ve just put in a complaint about broken sweets being delivered. Order was packaged badly and lollies were crushed. The team are not helpful and take a long time to resolve issues. Sent images and now I’ve been told I can return the sweets at my own expense even though they supplied broken lollies.

Rachel Mort (Office Manager) replied with a condensing email “You can return these for a full refund however this will be at your own cost as you have been sent what was advertised.”

Looking at the rest of the reviews I can see I’m not alone here.

Scam site. Bad experience. They missed my item and was promissed a refund which did not came. When followd up they stopped responding. Try buying from reputed sites or directly from good stores.

Absolutely shocking service from this company. I ordered a large quantity of sweets for a charity event in early September. After taking my money via my credit card they sent me an email a few days later saying they couldn't supply the sweets. I asked for my refund - which they said I would get - and four weeks later after a dozen phone calls and multiple emails I have still not had my refund! Steer clear of this company

Scam web site - ordered 20/8 and emailed twice and no sweets and no reply. No contact phone number either.

I ordered a week ago to and got an email to say my order was complete today… strange given I hadn’t received the goods so I message customer service to receive a screen shot of a parcel from a distance outside a building that could basically be anywhere in the country… just not my house… everything about the picture is the opposite of my address/house/bin storage. I have cctv and ring doorbell and nobody came into the cul de sac at the time it was delivered. Normally a company would be apologetic and helpful but this company is something else… a number of messages back and forth along the lines of “tracking says it’s delivered so it’s delivered”. At the end of the day if they truly paid the courier for a service and the courier has dumped or stolen the package and submitted fake photos they need to prioritise sorting it out with their courier and getting the refund through them but in the meantime it’s basic customer service and common sense to refund the person or send out another parcel using a reputable courier next time! Their process appears to be just arguing completely nonsense with you back and forth on the hope you will go away and just forget about your £30 of goods you should have received. Absolutely appalling and I will be taking this further

Save your money go to a reputable company.

Ordered 16th July. All items showing as in stock. Nearly a week later order has been despatched and they cancelled everything except 2 bags of pic n mix which I didn’t really want but just added to bump up the order!

Customer service is non existent. Despatch is slow.

We now have unhappy customers but lucky for us we know how to treat our customer unlike this poor excuse for a company!

They couldn't even complete a relatively small order, so wouldn’t trust them for the large amount they expect for free delivery!

AVOID!

Placed a small order and received within 5 days. Good communications throughout.

Would certainly use again based on this experience.

I wish I had read the bad reviews on this company before I went ahead and ordered. If you do want to order, do so at your own risk.
I ordered nearly £300 worth of chocolate/sweets for a school event (we are a registered charity) I didnt receive my full order, I emailed immediately with photo evidence of an unfilled box to be told (I quote) "pressure marks can be seen inside the box, which means the order was in there and has been taken out". This is where any form of support/help/apology stopped. After repeated emails/calls I received nothing back. I was forced to claim a refund from my bank.
In my view the most appalling 'lack of' customer service I have ever received, this company is really not fit to trade to genuine people.

Order arrived on time however part of the order was un merchantable quality. I reported this to the very poor customer services who basically couldn't be less interested. My advice avoid this company
