Wickes - Plymouth Reviews 

Very impressed with Wickes. We had an appointment at the Plymouth branch to talk about our utility. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted but our consultant Bethany Pender was very helpful in planning it out especially in regards to how we could best accommodate our existing belfast sink. Bethany was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and the appointment didn't feel rushed. Bethany managed to secure us some discounts too which made the quote within budget. No pressure to accept the quote there and then but we were happy with it so we do. Thank you Bethany for being an excellent consultant and helping us pull our ideas together and making them work.

Thought I would try wicks door silly me it's only been less than 6 month it's All ready got holes through the panels can you imagine what's going to look like after a year WOW 😲 it's shocking

Bought 7 rolls of loft insulation and various other items for the project. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Absolutely excellent service.

Miserable, unhelpful manager - I took back a deWalt drill/driver where the chuck had broken. It was within the 12 month guarantee but Andy told me to “send it back to deWalt” because he wasn’t going to resolve the issue as I may have “abused it, who knows?”
Not a smile, not any attempt to resolve the issue.

Dan had previously sorted out our Kitchen project, which was excellent. We were delighted he was able to do the same for our Bathroom. His knowledge and expertise coupled with his talent at making things comfortable and understandable are something above and beyond our original expectations.

Dan Tutten was more than helpful we had four quotes from different companies. Wickes in Plymouth was the only company that could supply us what we wanted without us compromising,at a competitive price.

We saw Denise to plan our kitchen. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Was an amazing experience.

Design staff at Wickes were very helpful from start to finish of the design of our kitchen. Price of the kitchen plus appliances very reasonable in comparison to our kitchen we had fitted 15 years ago. Only about £3,000 more than then and this time we have bought decent make appliances.

This is the second kitchen in 20 yrs sourced from Wickes, this one from Plymouth store. No complaints about Wickes, the design team (Denise) was cheerful, helpful, and efficient, the delivery team outstanding and Customer Service centre could not do enough to help sort problems. The outsourced installation team could do better with regard to communications and timekeeping but the end result is good, a quality product.

This is our second kitchen from Wickes, we recently moved house & wanted to recreate the kitchen we had at the previous house as we were so pleased with it, it was 11 years old & still looked as great when we left as the day it was fitted. Dan Tutton came out to check our measurements and have a look at what we wanted to do, we tweaked a couple of things and chose worktops, sink etc. in store the following week.
Dan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and products. We would highly recommend that you take a look at Wickes if you're looking to replace a kitchen and would also suggest speaking to Dan, he really knows his stuff.

I recently purchased my new bathroom with the Wickes Plymouth Store and have had a fantastic service from Dan Tutten the design consultant. Nothing has been to much trouble the service has been impeccable. Dan listened to my very specific vision for my bathroom which was about maximising space and keeping it disability accessible for my future needs. He came to my home and measured the space and got to work designing it. I was delighted with the design and he also at the design meeting went through all the possible extras with me that I hadn’t even thought of to make sure I was happy. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to see the finished product. Thanks Dan!

After looking at many other stores, finally went to Wickes and felt immediately ‘looked after’ by Dan. He arrived at our house at the appointed time and day. Went about his work efficiently and came up with a great design which he happily tweaked to accommodate some minor changes for me. He has explained all the stages and time management adequately and we were very happy with finished design and price. Now looking forward to completion.

Visited Wicks in Plymouth and was looked after by Jack. He was very helpful as I didn’t really know what I was looking for.
His product knowledge was great and he helped me through the whole process.
There was a good range of kitchens and appliances in store.

Following our home visit by Denise we went into Wickes Plymouth to discuss and view our kitchen design. Denise was able to make the small changes to our design. Denise was able to show us the appliances, doors, worktop and handles. We were happy with the design and the appliances and the price, we placed the order.
We would definitely return for further projects.
