I've used wikes for 3 of my kitchen re fits, I've dealt with denise who from start to finish has made it a very smooth process.
Only once, was a part missing, once I reported it to denise, it arrived the next day.
They can't be beaten on price and very quick delivery.

We were thinking of a new bathroom, went few places in Plymouth but not fully satisfied with the design or price. Finally came to see Denise at Plymouth wicks store, it was brilliant. She made something impossible to possible. Her design skill is beyond comparison, she even pushed her designing boundaries further a mile to accommodate our special demands. As a result my wife is happy, lastly we got what we were looking for.

Helpful and knowledgeable on the subject

Denise Bettey couldn't have been more helpful guiding us to the ideal product for us. My only complaint would be the cost of fitting which we decided to sort for ourselves

We are in the process of renovating our bathrooms at home and we booked a design consultation with Denise in the Plymouth Branch.

The design service provided was really useful and Denise’s knowledge and expertise for all the products that we discussed was fantastic.

We have now placed our order for materials through Wickes and were again very pleased with how well this was managed by Denise. Thank you.

I was rather nervous about buying a kitchen and the upheaval which may ensue. Denise at the Plymouth branch was fantastic. She came to the house explained everything was sympathetic to my needs and came up with a great design. The installers were nothing but brilliant and could not fault any of the workmen. Thank you to all involved.

I previously purchased a kitchen from Wickes in Plymouth. I’ve now returned for the bathroom planning service as this room desperately needs the attention. Can’t believe I waited so long to get it moving. The service from everyone at the store is always second to none.

My go to store for DIY, always has what I need, friendly staff. Good Displays on Kitchens and Bathrooms.

Designing, working out needs, matching expectations with what will work have been amazingly easy with the help of Mark at Wickes Plymouth. This is a big spend and being guided through the process was more of a help than we could have hoped for. Just why wouldn't you use this service, that is offered free, before parting with your savings. We now cannot wait for the new kitchen to be in place.

Very disappointed with wickes’s after care customer service. We had our bathroom done few months ago. Reported an issue, even after two months, it’s not been resolved. Whenever I call the Customer service, no one answers. Very sad that these companies changes a lot but not provide the right support when we have issues. Order Number 071282-8292-V

Today I needed to buy a 2.5 litre can of Dulux paint. A few weeks ago during the Wickes sale these were £22 each or two for £36. Today, with the sale finished these cans are now only £15 each, so two will still be £6.00 cheaper than when they were in the sale. An absolute disgraceful con to all their customers, me included! My only reason for warning people on here is simply because I thought the till person was quite uncaring when i mentioned it when paying for my one can today, in fact it was pointed out to me how they sold a load during the sale, therefore it seems they are happy to have ripped people during the sale when the paint was more expensive than normal. I made my point but she simply said, "we dont have any control over the prices but we sold loads in the sale".
It seems like the sale was clearly just a gimmick of words to charge more than normal. I would certainly like an explanation form Wickes management on this.
Perhaps a little training on how NOT to wind up customers who bring this to attention by simply answering with how much they sold during the hike in price.

Ordered some wood sheets from the Plymouth store to be delivered to my home. Delivery was free and very speedy - ordered on a Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. One panel had a slight chip in, so I messaged customer service - within an hour I had had two emails from customer service, and a call from staff at our local store - arranging delivery of a new panel on the Friday and collection of the faulty one. All too often customers slam brands when items are damaged in transit, but it’s how they resolve the matter that counts. Damages are inevitable, but quick and satisfactory customer service isn’t always guaranteed these days, so it was very refreshing to have a positive experience. I will be ordering more in the future!

As always I had a great experience down Wickes with the lovely and helpful staff such as Tom who once again went out of his way to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and the friendly till staff were great as usual too. If I wrote a review every time I had a good experience here your review section would be filled with my messages! Thanks a lot 🙂
