Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. The products are horrible, the experience is horrible and at a moments notice they will just completely abandon you while taking all your money. This company does not care about their customers at all.
Without notice, regardless of where you are in your kitchen renovation they will just completely shut you off and keep your money without any direction whatsoever beside a link that goes nowhere.
Completely unprofessional, irresponsible and corrupt company.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all COSTS! Not worth the headache.
Your future self will thank me.

Following my previous feedback regarding delivery delays, the product finally arrived only to reveal incorrect measurements. Nearly spent half a day trying to contact the showroom design team for a resolution. While a team member eventually provided a path forward, the combination of delivery issues and poor communication has resulted in a very disappointing experience with Wren

Worst decision we ever made choosing Wren. They have left our kitchen a mess!
15 grand for damaged walls as they measured wrong and the units were MADE to fit, complete delamination of kickboards, cupboards delaminated or with lumps in, wonky cabinetry and generally a really poorly designed kitchen! Wren are refusing to remove the kitchen or give us a refund. Please avoid this company. The quality of the materials is terrible and the customer service is even worse! Terrible terrible company! Me and my family are devasted due to the investment and terrible kitchen we have been made to live with.

When looking for a new kitchen we found it all a bit overwhelming when reading reviews and talking to people their appears to be good and bad experiences with all the suppliers.After trying to negotiate a sensible price with howdens we gave up and decided to go with wren.The experience was considerably better from start to finish and the price was much more sensible.The quality of the units seem to be ok the wood doors are a little light and soft.Ive installed it myself so I have had first hand experience on the quality.I think unless you spend a eye watering amount of money they all seem to be much of a much.It seems to be down to the people you deal with even inside the same company.A lot of complaints seem to be about the installation of the the kitchen.Many thanks to the great team we dealt with.

The entire experience with Wren has been excellent.
From our visit 6 months ago we felt confident the project was in safe hands.
Our designer Ross Reilly was informative, knowledgable and patient with our many questions and requests and we never felt pressure to buy.
Ross kept in touch each month before delivery to ensure we were happy with everything ,also contacting our fitter to answer some of his queries.
Our kitchen was delivered on time professionally and safely with only one very small item damaged which was replaced and delivered in a few days.
We are now thrilled with our new kitchen and thank Ross and the team at Hermiston Gait for this trouble free and enjoyable experience .

In the past 12 months we have had a kitchen and a bedroom from wren. We fitted the kitchen ourselves but wren came back to do the worktops as they needed templating and we have had the bedroom fitted by them.
We’ve had very few issues given how much work we have had done. The Bradford showroom are fantastic, the fitter was brilliant! 0 complaints brilliant service.
The contact center however, very unimpressed. We had a panel missing and they had actually forgotten to make it. Spoke to a manager who was “looking into it and would be back in touch tomorrow” the call never came. The brilliant fitter ended up not needing the panel so the job was finished without it.
I now need a refund that panel but no one has contacted me as promised and the contact center works what I would consider improper hours for customers who are working, 9-5;30 Monday to Friday.
I would still recommend wren but I do think they need to work on their contact centres communication.
No other complaints at all, quality is brilliant, design perfect!

Sitting down and designing the kitchen was great.
However the overall process is not so great. And I am still left with a kitchen that isn’t as I was promised.
My washing machine can’t come out due to a Belfast sink sticking out slightly!
And they are wanting to charge me to change it. Aswel as paying a plumber and the fitter to re do it. I have lost the motivation. My kitchen looks a mess.
I wouldn’t buy another kitchen from Wren. There’s no aftercare. Only after thought of getting more money from you.
