Plumber very friendly and efficient. I wish I could say the same about the office staff! They were very good on the phone, but it took 4 calls and 2 1/2 days for them to organise the actual visit. I was not kept informed (hence the need for the calls).

Called on a Saturday afternoon looking for a Specialist Plumber for a GledHill boiler.

I spoke to Sophie, whom was very pleasant, instantly booked me in and liaised with our tenant. Had a call at 11am the following Monday to advise all was fixed.

They were bang on time, friendly, courteous and tidy. They removed the old and fitted the new immersion heater element with no mess. They also wired a new cable to replace the old unsuitable one.
The best plumbers I have used and would gladly recommend to anyone.

Background: We've had years of shoddy workmanship, overpriced jobs and repairs I've had to finish myself. And that's when you can persuade these engineers to actually turn up.
Then we came across Indy at YourPlumber after a Google search. Wow: polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The boiler repair we had was complicated (even Worcester Bosch couldn't help) but Indy's team persevered, always keeping appointments and responding positively every time we called them. I'd say that 5 stars is a minimum here because they exceeded all expectations: and based on the way we were treated, I'd say you should try these people yourself.

I felt the boiler service was very thorough and was reassured that in spite of my boiler being old it was serviceable and safe. Charming engineer.

Arrived on time, was kept up to date with the job, explain everything beforehand and showed me the broken/blocked parts.

David is a very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable technician. Explained the unvented water heater very well and what he was doing to repair the leak.
We would definitely ask for him if and when we have other plumbing needs.

We were left high and dry by a pumber so called Your Plumber -they were excellent. Great communication and the plumber who visited our property was highly experienced who worked efficiently and effectively - did not waste time. Although the hourly rate is quite expensive you do get what you pay for so overall I was very pleased with their service.

It was a pleasure to have YourPlumber take care of our boiler. Very honestly advised not to pay a huge amount and buy a new boiler but instead fix it with just 1 part. Great service and fixed the issue with minimum fuss and max professionalism and of course at minimum cost! Highly recommend YourPlumber! Indy Gill is great and so is their Engineer Chris.

He came, he saw, he fixed, he bled the radiators and loved the dogs (sorry about that, they don't really get personal boundaries) and there was warmth. Perfect.

Dave priced the job last week, came today at the time arranged, did the work in the time agreed (despite a couple of unexpected problems), cleaned up thoroughly and left us very happy with the result.

I work in property management and have used many different plumbers. I have found Your Plumber to be one of the most prompt and reliable companies. They always supply an honest opinion on any work required and they are a company that I would trust to carry out this work to a first class standard. They are excellent in emergencies and can attend very quickly when required. I will end my review here but to summarise I can not find fault with this company.
