Very open honest and polite. Talked me through all aspects and didn't push to sell additional services or parts.

My boiler broke down and contacting Your Plumber Thursday evening, I had an appointment Friday and new boiler Tuesday. Very quick and professional service. Dave did really well swapping our old boiler to a new GlowWorm. He answered all my ridiculous questions and it's a pleasure to see good tradesmen for a change. So, thank you Dave and Dan and Your Plumber. I will definitely recommend you in the future.

This company stepped into the breach at very short notice & did a good job. The plumber, John Kennedy, was polite & respectful & certainly someone you felt safe with in your home. I particularly like the fact that a woman, Lucy, deals with the calls in the office.I also appreciated her follow up call to check that everything was satisfactory.
If Lucy & John are a typical representation of this company, I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Matthew arrived as arranged, listened attentively as we explained the problem. Within minutes he told us what he thought the problem was and proceeded to fix it. It was refreshing to see that he started with the simplest of possibilities rather than the worst it could have been. The worst would have involved taking up the floor or the ceiling below and very costly!!
All it involved was mastic....cheers all round.
Would definitely recommend 'your plumber 'to anyone and would assume all the team are as helpful as Matthew

Very polite young man. Refused to park his large van in our shared drive in case he inconvenienced others. Instead he just unloaded his van of his tools and new hot water cylinder and then parked it down the street. He worked thoroughly and efficiently on the new installation, answering any questions patiently, giving full facts. On completion of installation he thoroughly tested the heating system. I would certainly recommend this plumber to anyone without hesitation he is a clean, efficient and respectful

The plumber was extremely polite gave excellent advice regarding the best options for a shower. He worked in an exemplary manner, was very professional and clean and tidy.

I rang Your Plumber to fit a new shower unit and fix a few small tap problems, plus fix a non flushing toilet.
Quick service and at a set price. Although quite expensive, the two guys had fitted my new shower in no time. Couldn't fix the toilet as discontinued fittings. And the price they quoted for a new toilet was far to expensive, I had to go elsewhere for that job.All things considered If you want a job done quickly. Your plumber are a good plumbing service. But a little pricey. I was pleased with the service provided.

We are exceptionally happy with the new boiler that was fitted a couple of years ago and the annual service is always welcome. Any question we have are always answered. we are happy with the product and the service we receive.

Managed to arrange a service on the day. Engineer arrived early, was very polite and courteous and carried out boiler service, explaining steps along the way. No nasty surprises. Competitive pricing. Would use again.
