I would give is 0 if I could. Promised everything delivered nothing. Constant issues with the phone systems. Support is not there, they promised support 7 days a week but only assist Monday - Friday. They have blocked emergency service calls on our system, which is illegal! Placed a complaint on 31st October 2025 as per their complaints procedure, we are now over 7 months and still no response with a phone system still not working properly. If you want to be robbed blind with as little customer service as possible this company is for you. They take your order, tie you into a contract and then ignore you for the rest of the term and will not release you even though they have failed to deliver under the contract.

Abe Millward, Business Development Manager, was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process of moving from another network provider to Zusi. I honestly expected it to be quite tedious, but Abe handled everything professionally and made the transition incredibly smooth by guiding me every step of the way.
Thank you, Abe.
We entered intoEntered Contract Based on Written Settlement Promise — Invoices Still Unpaid After 18 Months a contract with Zusi…
We entered into a contract with Zusi solely on the basis of a clear, written agreement that they would settle the outstanding finance on our previous phone contract as part of the deal.
This was a specific contractual inducement, not a goodwill gesture or future intention. Zusi:
Confirmed the commitment in writing
Requested the settlement figure
Asked us to raise invoices for the agreed amount
Acknowledged the figures as correct and forming part of the agreed commercial terms
We complied fully and invoiced Zusi exactly as requested.
Zusi has never paid those invoices.
It has now been over 18 months. The settlement figures were known in advance, requested by Zusi, and accepted by them before we signed. There is no dispute, no ambiguity, and no missing information. The obligation was clear, documented, and fundamental to our decision to proceed.
Had this settlement not been promised, we would not have entered into the contract. As a result of Zusi’s failure to honour this commitment, we have been left carrying liabilities that Zusi explicitly agreed to discharge.
This is not a service issue or an administrative delay. It is a failure to honour a written financial commitment that directly induced a contract.
Warning to others:
If Zusi offers to settle existing contracts, finance agreements, or liabilities as part of a sales proposal, do not rely on assurances, promises, or post-contract invoicing. Insist that any such settlements are completed in full before signing, or you risk being left with liabilities that Zusi agreed to take on — and then did not pay.
Outstanding customer service from…
Outstanding customer service from Hollie T.
She not only takes personal interest in any issues, but resolves them swiftly and communicates and checks in at every stage. So impressive and very much appreciated.
Public Warning: Extremely unstable and unprofessional work environment
I wasn’t planning on leaving a review, but what I’ve learnt and observed after my experience has forced me to speak up. Too many people seem to go through the same issues, and staying silent would feel irresponsible.
This reflects my experience and patterns I noticed, as well as what many former workers have shared. The workplace is extremely unstable — staff are often dismissed very quickly, sometimes after surprise meetings, with no proper feedback, guidance, or structured performance management.
The company uses “independent contractor” agreements in a way that feels unethical, imposing obligations that resemble full employment but without the standard protections. Communication is inconsistent, training is minimal, and attempts to raise concerns or resolve issues professionally are often ignored.
Based on what I experienced and observed, this is not a secure, fair, or supportive environment. Anyone considering joining should research carefully and proceed with caution.
Great team at Zusi
Emma on sales team was absolutely lovely to deal with & nothing was too much trouble.
Had a couple of blips on the transfer over to Zusi but Hollie & Michael were straight on it & couldn't do enough to help us
Zusi have gone out of their way to help make this process was easy, we have only had the phones in a week but everything seems to be running smoothly so far again Michael has gone above & beyond to ensure everything is working properly for us.
I hope that this support continues throughout
Zero stars from this Children's Mental Health Charity
I would give a zero stars if I could after being gaslit by this company and then ghosted.
I am tired of private companies fighting me and mystruggling charity when I endeavour to stop them taking money that could be spent instead on saving children's lives. I am receiving referrals on a daily basis that I have to turn away because of a lack of funds and here I am, once again, having to justify why a private firm should stop taking money for a contract that was very clearly requested to end back in March.
To be clear, things in the charity sector (with the smaller charities) have been dire and in April, our team had to reduce from 12 to 3 and then reduced further in August to just 1 when salaries could not be guaranteed. While navigating my way out of this, a small amount could tip us over the edge and potentially force my charity to close.
Only £250 helps 4 kids for 4 hours. Sadly, assuming a contract was ended, with a hole in checking due to people leaving meant £233 a month continued coming out of our account without being noticed or challenged.
This organisation was trusted to do what was asked when reuested in writing to terminate the contract back in March. When I contacted them last week they said that they were waiting on info about a number being ported (from a person who had left my charity) and clearly didn’t chase it yet continued to take money regardless. This is after confirming our request to end it.
They referenced an email sent to them in March that very clearly said the following: "I trust that this is all I need to do at this point and the contract will not roll over." "Could you please advise on who I need to contact to serve our notice on our contract with Zusi in order to ensure that the contract doesn't roll over please?"
Zusi responded in the same email thread "I can make a note on your account that you wish to cancel the agreement at the end of the term." – this was sent to our CEO on the 26th March 2025 at 11:41.
Therefore, why was it not cancelled regardless of the porting issue they are clinging on to as justification for continuing to take money from a struggling charity?
IF they had acted on pursuing that info they would have seen automatic replies explaining people had left and would be guided to the info@ email which is forwarded to me - because I am the only one left.
I don’t expect to be gaslit, then ignored. I want the money back that can potentially be the difference between the life and death of a child that needs support.
Please think carefully when engaging with an organisation that operates this way. If they do this to a charity who help and save children’s lives, what will they do to you?
UPDATE: They have flagged my review as containing illegal info and have questioned it 2 further times. They even continued to take money from our account when doing so AFTER they had been asked several times to cancel the contract in emails subject header "cancellaation of Zusi".
They are once again asking for more info so I have added this. I have the whole timestamped paper trail from March 2025 to October 2025 asking in some way shape or form to cancel the contract and still they took £700 from a struggling charity. Refund me.

Easy transition from one phone to another. Process was good. Everything worked fine in the swop except one item. Rang us Zusi and was fixed really easily.
