Can’t praise the service from Zusi enough, they listened to my needs and came up with the perfect solution whilst saving me money and not being pushy. Chris Booth was great to deal with, would highly recommend.

Was a little nervous about changing telecoms provider after several bad experiences in the past. However, these guys do exactly what they say they are going to do and are there every step of the way to make sure everything runs smoothly. Including long after the new system has been installed. Also, love the way the new system works, so 5stars all round!

I have dealt with Zusi over the last 5 Years and have found them to be efficient, effective and customer focused. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful and I have always had call backs or emails in response to any queries or issues raised. They genuinely want to support their customers from start to finish, something you don't see often these days!

I had a problem with Vodafone.They owed me a
re-embursment of £719 pounds since early March .
I was about to take the company to court.
My neighbour said he would ask a company with which he dealt and was confident of their integrity to look into the matter .
He asked a person he Knew a lady called Vikki and apparently your sales manager ,she contacted Vodafone on my behalf in a very professional manner
and after a delay on Vodafone behalf managed to secure a refund of £690 which will be deposited in to my account on Monday 7th June.
I am aware that it represents 96% of the debt but a more than happy to accept that and call it a day ,I want nothing more to do with Vodafone and in fact have no wish to speak to them again or recommend to any one who has dealings with them and to be extremely careful
their lack of competence and integrity just beggars belief.

We are a new business customer to Zusi, we had FTTP installed. They were the only company to deliver after three years trying to get get connected! We recently had a fault on the line. We emailed the team at zusi and the problem was fixed within 24hours. Great for business, let them deal with issues and open reach, so you can get on with running your business!

Excellent service and support. Quick and efficient. Very happy with Zusi. They always assist with our company phones :)

As a business we have dealt with Zusi for quite a few years now, they come up with the best plan for your business and if you have any queries they are always there for you and ring you back straight away.

I dread dealing with new mobile contracts but now I have Zusi I can relax and I know it will get sorted and with very good advice.

The guys at Zusi made the transfer of our line very straight forward - They totally managed the whole process - Even sending someone out from the office when our phone arrived without a power lead.

The OpenSpace engineers were very helpful too.

All in all a stress free experience.

Katrina first introduced us to Zusi and i am so pleased she found us. They are a well organised structured workforce. They deliver exactly what they say they will and are there on hand if any help is required. We use Zusi for our landlines, mobiles/PDA's and our IT. Michael and Shaun have worked tirelessly to make sure everything is delivered in a timely and organised order. I would highly recommend this company, very down to earth, don't talk jargon.

Having recently started working with Zusi i can say they provide an excellent service . They speak in English and not in "geek - speak" and take time and effort to ensure they give you what you need. They have a strong working Ethos with the client and i would recommend them to receive an ABCD ( Above & Beyond Call of Duty ) award for customer service. Excellent company and friendly staff

We have been working with Zusi since 2017. Marcus first introduced us to Zusi and has looked after us well through 2 contract renewals. We have always been able to contact Marcus, Richard or Abi directly to resolve any issues and they all have been fantastic at resolving any problems we have encountered. Chris has now taken over as our Account Manager and we look forward to an equally good working relationship with him
