I set up a new phone contract with Zusi just recently,
but the network didn't seem to have good coverage in my area. Zusi then set me up with a network which is now working well for me.

Great until you go to leave
Great service throughout until you go to leave.
Shame as would have gone back for a quote at renewal but not after the struggle to transfer. Were told that the handsets would not be required back and all of a sudden, contracts quoted and handsets required back or payment in lieu. Shame they don't all tell you the same things

David and Chris , have been Proffessional , consistent and patient in dealing with my VoIP phone and mobile phone contracts .
Customer service has been superb , I lost my Sim without it no I was snookered so they swiftly replaced the next day and made sure I was back up and running . I really couldn’t have hoped for better .
I do look forward to dealing with them more as my business grows and really like that they are a local Company very approachable for a technophobe like me .

this is a long story but i will try to…
this is a long story but i will try to keep it brief , we have been with Zusi for 4 and a half years after the 3rd year we was asked to take out a further 3 years at the same price supplying 2 new phone and a new hub
let me tell you , the new phones arrived with no power adaptors no dongles and no new hub , i have had to carry on using the old phones until 1 week ago but carry on paying for the new phones but not only that the bill has gone through the roof from the agreed £83-00 per month to £180-00 + we tried and tried to get the missing parts supplied , i think some adaptors arrived a couple of months ago but no dongles or hub
i have now moved to a new supplier For £93-00 per month with all new equipment , when changing over we have to port the numbers of which the new supplier requested from Zusi and they even held this up by refusing to port the numbers demanding we pay over £2300-00 in settlement this is illegal so we got offcom to get involved and the problem was soon solved , i think it's zusi who owe us to be honest
i don't usually write reviews , but this has been the most horrendous experience
so please take my advise steer clear you have beeen warned

Great Customer Service and much cheaper!
Having switched our Parish phones from our previous provider to Zusi in July, the cost to Parishioners is now a THIRD of the cost of our previous provider. Even better, we've been plagued by O2 for months, but Abby from Zusi Customer Service has fought tirelessly on our behalf, taken away all my stress, and sorted it all out. Thank you, Abby! This company is highly recommended.

Can anyone deal with a company still SPAMMING in 2023?!?!
This company, in particular Vikki in their sales team has chosen to deliberately SPAM our company over the last four weeks sending completely unsolicited emails. These emails are personally addressed and make us feel pressured to reply, although we have never heard of this company, we actually feel violated, that they have compromised our data security.
They insist on sending us overly familiar emails referring to the content from the previous completely unsolicited email!
Calling their office just now, "Vikki" doesn't even work there, someone called Lee is now holding her direct mobile number. Lee said that he gained our information from a marketing campaign, I do not believe that this is/was the case. The fact that we are being emailed from someone who no longer works there, and has not for a while, tells me that they are nothing but spamming bast@rds!!!
In my opinion, this is definitely a company to avoid if there method of promotion in 2023 is SPAM!
