My rings have turned out so very beautifully, and I cannot fault the workmanship of the repair job they did following the emergency removal of my rings after my accident - they did an amazing job. My only small niggle is that it took longer than expected and communication was a little sparse. The staff in store are wonderful though!

I took my ring in to be repaired for a broken band and cleaned. The service was professional and my ring returned looking brand new.

I have used Autumn and May for a number of years, both for purchasing jewellery, and for repairs. They have always provided a friendly, professional and reliable service,and I will continue to use them.

This is an excellent place in Greenwich Market to repair your jewellery.

Very happy with my experience here. Customer service is excellent - they call you when they say they will, reply to messages promptly and are accommodating to customer needs. I placed a last minute order and needed it the next day (gift, surprise birthday party) and it arrived in time, with the box wrapped perfectly and a gift bag complete with tissue paper - was not expecting that. And no, not all retailers do this so I was pleasantly surprised.

I am grateful to all at Autumn and May and needless to say, this will be my first stop for future purchases.

I have ordered emerald for my kid's 10th birthday. It says delivered in 3-5 days on the website. Got NO notification of any delay whatsoever and I called them after a week and they told me they will send it in 2 days - after the birtday..

I needed to have my gold ring repaired and I found this jeweller on line however, I thought the challenge of finding a reliable and trustworthy jeweller was going to be challenging.
I was therefore thrilled to discover that this is such a professional and reliable organization, doing all of their repair and creative work in house with their own trained professionals, at their own workshop in Kent! The teamed were also extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff who suggested how my rings could be altered to fit me. Excellent result.

I took my great grandmother's ring to be repaired. There was a lack of communication throughout. I was told one date, it was missed, then another, which was also missed... each time I had to chase for an update. When I finally got the ring back, the repairs were quite rough. It no longer looks the same. They did give me a 10% discount.

I went to Autumn and May for a ring resize - they were so welcoming and efficient. The team helped me with working out my size and the 2 weeks without my engagement ring were worth it as it now fits like a glove!

A lovely store with lovely people and beautiful jewellery.
They took the time to help me ensure that I could get the ring, that I had fallen in love with, resized and posted out to me (as I was only in the area for a couple of days).
Very quick resizing and prompt postage. They also rang me once I had received the ring to make sure that everything was ok and it fitted well.
