Great design to a good necklace that really wowed my girlfriend, delivered promptly in a classy case. Very accurate to what was described online.

I was looking for a lovely present for my friends 60th birthday and saw the beautiful Kit Heath Blossom Flyte Dragon Sterling Silver Necklace online at Autumn and May - although it was showing “Out of Stock”.
So I phoned at spoke with Isaac and he confirmed it was not in store at present but was awaiting new stock arrival - he offered to contact me immediately it became available . True to his word, a few weeks later he did contact me and I was able to purchase the necklace . It arrived beautifully wrapped and ready to give to my friend - who by the way was absolutely thrilled with her gift ! What a superb company to deal with - would definitely recommend them and hope to deal with them again in future !

I bought a beautiful 9ct gold bracelet from Autumn & May that I wanted to be reassembled and adjusted. I spoke to Isac and informed him on how I wanted the bracelet to be reconstructed he offered his professional opinion and brought my vision to life.
The bracelet fits my small wrist perfectly and I would definitely purchase from the store again.

I was so impressed by the service at Autumn and May. They were friendly, thoughtful and careful with my pieces, untangled some items while I waited, and took away other items to be restored. Everything came back like new and I was delighted with the whole experience.

They employ very knowledgeable people who have worked on different pieces of Jewellery. From re clawing rings to new safety catches. I even had a belt taken apart and made into different necklaces
Issac who is at the Greenwich store has been incredible, he has recently sold a gold chain through the Goldsmiths. So quick money in my bank in days

Went to Autumn and May after finding them on google and so pleased I did staff were very friendly and helpful. I went to them as my wedding and engagement rings needed to be made bigger and so happy with the result I couldn’t believe they were my rings they looked amazing and fitted well would highly recommend I can’t stop looking at my rings and people are commenting on them thank you so much

Fantastic service. Isaac was so friendly and knowledgeable. Had an elasticated bangle repaired and the result was amazing!! They also polished it and now it looks like new! Highly recommended for repairs.

I inherited a ring that I really love and wanted to honor the original design I just felt the setting was too high. I went to so many places that tried to get me to full redesign it which I am sure costs more but I felt frustrated that they weren’t listening that I didn’t want to change it for sentimental reasons. But then I found autumn and May/ they fully listened to exactly what I wanted and I love the result. Great communication throughout the process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you for my ring ♥️

After exploring every jewellery shop in London, I stumbled across Greenwich Market. A glorious shop suddenly caught my attention and by magic, I was entering Autumn and May. On entering the premises I felt at ease. I’d been searching for a man’s ring to replace the one I had lost. Suddenly I spotted a very unique ring, that seemed to be calling my finger. Even better was the easy approach when asking for advice from the assistant. No pressure sales tactics, but pure care and attentive attitude to my going needs. I decided that the ring was exactly what I was looking for, and placed my order with ease. My ring size was not the size of the unique ring, so this had to be sent to the goldsmith for minor adjustments. Very quick turn around and ring was posted out to my home address in no time. I was updated numerous times on when the ring would be ready and be posted out. I couldn’t have asked for anything more from Autumn and May, such a pleasure in dealing with this quality jewellers.

I took two items in for valuation. They were immediately up front with a general verbal valuation for the item that they didn’t feel I needed to pay for a valuation for. The other item came back sparkling clean and with a full insurance valuation. Friendly and helpful. Thank you.

This is my 'go-to' place for all my Jewellery repairs. They have rescued many pairs of 'well-loved' earrings that now have a new lease of life. Not only do they mend the earrings but they also polish them so they sparkle like new! The prices are fair and the service is efficient so I have no hesitation in recommending them - Thanks to Autumn and May and their amazing Goldsmiths

I found that buying from A and M very easy . The website was straightforward. I has occasion to phone then and they were very pleasant and helpful. The information flow was great. Packaging was excellent and had a feel of real quality. I will definitely be back, my wife’s loves there products.

I ordered 2 Clogau keyrings for birthday presents, but when I rang to check they were waiting for a delivery. I explained that they were needed for birthdays, and they assured me that I would receive them in good time. Both keyrings were sent First Class to make sure they were received by the deadline, even though I had only paid for Second Class. First class service, knowing my situation. I was very pleased - as were my friends who received their presents and loved them.

Not having purchased anything from Autumn and May before, I was a bit apprehensive in buying my first purchase and did consider more established providers.

However I am so glad that I did take the plunge, as the pendant I brought to wear to my son's wedding was exactly as described and so beautifully presented and the speed of delivery and customer after service was excellent. The care information was also very helpful.

I would not hesitate to recommend Autumn and May to friends and family.

We went in to get an earring we bought a year ago, repaired. They then came back to us stating that would be easier to replace it FOC as opposed to repairing it.
