I chose the Kit Heath Coast Tumble Pearl Mini Hoop Earrings as a gift for my daughter’s 16th birthday. She loves them! A contemporary but classic design that she can keep and wear for years to come. The earrings are very well made and look exactly like the images on the website. They arrived beautifully packaged and ready to gift. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a piece of jewelry from Autumn & May for my husband's birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I chose a two-tone 8mm flat titanium ring with a diamond, and it has exceeded all of our expectations.

Because we were unsure of my husband's ring size, we decided to visit the Autumn & May store in Greenwich. Isac, was kind and professional, taking the time to measure my husband's finger accurately. We are fortunate to live close enough to take advantage of this service. However, for those who can't visit in person, I found the online size guide to be very accurate as well.

We placed our order online, and despite the fact that the ring had to be made to order, the delivery was impressively fast. The quality of the ring is outstanding—truly surpassing our expectations. Having bought other pieces from Autumn & May before, we already knew to expect great quality, but this ring is exceptional.

Overall, we are extremely pleased with both the service and the product. The attention to detail, the friendly and professional staff, and the high-quality jewelry make Autumn & May a top choice. I purchased some earrings from an independent jeweller whilst on a day out. I was so pleased with them I tried to find the earrings online. I struggled to find stock but then found the Autumn and May website. Not only could they back order the earrings for me, they were cheaper! Of course, I then had no choice but to treat myself to the matching necklace because I'd made a saving on the earrings and the necklace was cheaper than anywhere else too! I recently purchased the Clogau Forget Me Not ring from Autumn and May and highly recommend both the jewellery and the company. The customer service provided was of a high standard and the ring arrived beautifully packaged. When I needed to contact Autumn and May, the communication was excellent - Isac was extremely quick to reply and to help. I would not hesitate to order from this business again.

I initially wanted a broken silver 'spinning' ring repaired, but I was advised that once fixed, it could potentially break again, and definitely wouldn't be able to spin. I had the ring remade in a different metal. It looks absolutely superb - darker hue, due to the metal used - and it spins! A big thank you to the artisan who took on the project and produced a ring that looks better than the original (and thanks for soldering the original ring!)

I had to have a ring re-clawed and diamond reset. Autumn and May were great! Fast, reliable, kept us up to date and were reasonably priced.
