Disgraceful and atrocious company…

Disgraceful and atrocious company completely unresponsive to appeals and complaints after ripping off customers with unfair charges. The machine told me there was no charge and I exited within one minute of putting my reg in the machine. Two weeks later revived a 100 fine! I've sent multiple emails to every possiblr address and no one replies. It's disgusting behaviour, don't use them!!!

Dismal Waitrose Burgess hill parking

Went to park at Waitrose Burgess hill and found only 2 out of the 5 machines working with non taking cash.
The disabled register machine would not work so could not register disabled badge and as we had no smart phone had to get a stranger to pay for us.
Totally unsatisfactory service from a company who are making millions but not providing and maintaining the parking machines.

I parked in a car park in stoke on Trent checked there sign it said free parking for disabled badge holders. Displayed my blue badge in window. Received a. Fine thru the post filled in the appeal form explaining I was a disabled driver checked with stokes council it even says in there web site it is free to park gave them my badge number but lost the appeal. These will not get a penny out of me they are cowboys from Sheffield thinking there bad boys. Well we shall see who the bad boys are?

if I could leave zero I would.

if I could leave zero I would.
#1 we didn't overstay our parking time.
#2 they were a debt recovery company the people we booked through say they don't have connections with.
#3 they say they've tried to request payment for a none existent parking charge notice we never received or merited.
#4 say we can't appeal as that window has closed (this was on their 1st ever contact with us and no transgression ever happened)
#5 we booked our parking for £2.65 through JustPark.con who say it's nothing to do with them despite having emails from them quoting the times we paid for and complied with.
#6 you can't speak to them and by the time they tell you about their scam they threaten ccjs and additional charges.
obviously we're annoyed the law allows these people to walk free and live off this scam.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has no customer service whatsoever and you are constantly met with prerecorded phone options when you call. I have sent 4 emails, not a single one has been responded to. Do not park here

Absolute thieves

Absolute thieves.

Paid for parking and had a ticket. Still received a parking fine notice advising payment needs to be made within 14 days of fine letter being raised. It took a week for these muppets to send the letter.

If you wait to appeal you will go past the deadline and have to pay £100.

They should be banned from trading.

A shyxxxr scourge of a company who are…

A shyxxxr scourge of a company who are just out there for kerching. Entered Market shopping Centre at Burgess Hill. 3 parking machines but only one working and a queue. Purchased a ticket . When time came to exit car park, the exit route was blocked by roadwork in car park. Had to go opposite direction to the one way system which was gridlocked due to the chaos ensued by bad management of traffic flow. Both the length of time that the anpr camera picked up my vehicle on entry and buying a ticket , and getting out of the carpark with the gridlock caused by the bad roadwork management caused my stay to exceed the time on the ticket, this being timed by the anpr camera on exit. Explained all this when appealing the pcn but was rejected. I bet there were a lot of people who got pcbs that day.

Ethically bankrupt

I was given an extortionate fine by this company and did not receive any initial correspondence before I was hit with a debt collection order by their bailiff thugs. Despite being provided clear evidence of parking and an explanation of the delay due to no initial correspondence, they refused to budge, and my credit score has been affected. This is a vile company that runs completely opposite to how an ethical company should. I recommend you all park elsewhere and avoid them like the plague.

Attempted to pay ticket at affordable rate, Banks parking Ltd refused to accept. Increased the debt despite my attempts to pay and refused to give me complaints procedure despite multiple attempts. Been advised by citizens advice to attend court as this is predatory behaviour.

Worst parking service ever!

I was authorized to park in a car park for the last couple of months with no problem at all, suddenly, I received a parking ticket (£100) from Bank Park, even after appealing the ticket and explaining my situation they insisted that the ticket was issued correctly.
They are yet another scammer company!

Scam artist of a company.

Scam artist of a company.

Pursue vehicle owner despite it being a civil claim against the driver.

Automatic responses via email and they will print the charge out but not send it until you have no more time.

Director has a long list of dissolved companies presumably every time he gets caught up in his own mess. Should be struck off.

Ashley Kelly you should be ashamed

I am extremely disappointed with the response to my parking ticket appeal. Despite clearly explaining that a technical issue with Apple Pay led to the fine, my appeal was unjustly declined. I have always been diligent about paying for parking, and clearly stated that I would pay the amount due. However as a university student facing financial constraints, the £60 fine feels incredibly harsh given the circumstances. It is disheartening that my genuine attempt to comply with parking regulations was ignored. I am now left feeling frustrated and unfairly treated, especially with the current cost of living situation!

Be careful when parking in the Pennine Five car park. I tried to pay at the machine and it said no payment. I thought if this was incorrect I would pay at the barrier but the it just lifted for me to exit. This has happened on a couple occasions and I have been charged different amounts for the same period. In short the machine is faulty. Result I receive a PCN that I contested but have had to reluctantly pay as I didn't take a photograph of the screen. Disgraceful that faulty payment systems are then being used to penalise people. Beware.

One star is too much for them

One star is too much for them,
I parked on Marketplace in BH for 32 minutes. It was a Saturday but as I get a lot of brain fog due to illness I thought it was s Sunday and did not pay the ticked. It was on 1st June. About 5 days later I got the first letter. Pay £70 within 14 days or £100 by due date. I don’t exactly remember the duo date but I believe it gave me 30 days in total. I didn’t have the money in so left to see if I could pay end of June. Things are tight, I lost my job due to illness, have been up and down with Drs and I just didn’t have the money. I had to prioritise essential bills. So I thought, I am ending some payments with the end of June UC pay. I will leave it to pay end of July if I am paying the full £100 anyway. But they didn’t give me anytime. Days later I already received they debt collectors letter and it had gone up to £170! I emailed them and said I didn’t appeal as it was indeed my mistake but I had to wait for my payment and that I had now the £100 I could pay them straight away. £170 I do not have plus I believe it is abuse of power.
They said no! They did not accept the money said I had to pay to debt collectors. I contacted the debt collectors and offered the same £100 and they also said no. Now I am looking into all my options but I will definitely take them to the small court. I might have to pay first the full amount which i really don’t have right now but I hope the court will return my payment and make me pay only what is fair for the 32 minutes I stayed.
I normally avoid that car park. The one day I use it this happens. I will avoid it like s plague and suggest everyone else too.
