The team at Bluebird have been caring for my brother for many years. The team may have had some changes but so have my brothers needs, through all the changes the commication and the quality of the care has been consistent and thorough. The carers are always friendly, polite and professional , treating my brother with care and respect and work as a team. Bluebird is excellent at providing reliable, trustworthy well trained caring staff . Tendia and Leanne in the office are always easy to contact and very efficient at sorting out any problems quickly. Would highly recommend the team at Bluebird Salisbury , they give me peace of mind I know my brother is always in good hands! Thank you.

My mother is now 95 and wants to remain living in her house. We used Bluebirds over 10 years ago when my father was suffering from dementia and my mother needed help to look after him . My mother was impressed by the care and support they gave then so she decided to use Bluebirds for her own care needs .
My mother has found all the ‘Bluebirds’ friendly and caring and is very happy with the service she receives. She would recommend them .

I rated Bluebird with 5 stars because we have had very good service from the carers who visit and also the contact that is available through the office staff.
Having the carers to call in each day to make a warm meal and plate an evening sandwich gives the family peace of mind knowing someone else is also assessing the health and wellbeing of their loved one.
I also know that if circumstances change I am able to contact the office and put in place extra visits.
The carers have been really good, when they see changes in my mother I am contacted or they will put in place a procedure to contact a doctor. This is reassuring.
My mother is more comfortable with just a few regular carers who she knows and doesn’t like lots of different people as she can’t remember their names. Over the past few months this is being more established, which we are grateful for.
The pricing may sound higher than other agencies but it is quoted at full cost, no add ons for mileage, weekends or holidays, which means we know the monthly payments and can budget accordingly.
Our family are grateful for how the Bluebird Care team have handled the changes over the past year and look forward to the continuing care.

When you are looking after an elderly parent in their own home it is very difficult.
Bluebird carers visit my 92 yrs old mother twice a week to help ease the workload. But also have been able to cover extra visits for her when we have needed them. The ladies are efficient and kind and what’s more important Mum enjoys their visits and it’s someone else for her to chat too.

Telephoned Ely office for live in carer back up the week before last. I was told no live in carer for 2 weeks.

I telephoned today and was told no live in carer or visiting carer available over Christmas except for existing clients. Told I would have to ring around agencies on day I needed care on the off chance one would have a carer available.
Why did they you put 2 cards through my door offering their services ?
Timewasters imo, certainly wasted my time.

My mum had Bluebird Heywood for about 9 months before having to go into a care home. From first contact they were very supportive and understanding, finding the right level of care required. The carers were superb, caring and very helpful. My mim loved all the carers and looked forward to seeing them twice a day. I would like to thank Bluebird and all the staff for everything they did and their kindness.
The team have all been very friendly, responsive, empathetic and professional. The care they have provided is very experienced and has lots of training . She was carefully matched to our needs and has made remaining at home possible. Very happy with the outcome

I had previously worked in a care home…
I had previously worked in a care home for 21 years and really needed a change as everything in the care home was Rush Rush Rush. I am now on my eighth year with Bluebird. My only regret is that I wished I had joined them sooner, such a great company to work for very caring would highly recommend.
Bluebird acted fast when I contacted them and soon arranged a visit to assess the situation. A care plan was put in place quickly and efficently. The manager helped me enormously with practical tips and was very kind, cheerful and efficient. Carers were well liked by the person I look after and performed wonders making him clean and tidy again. Probably not the cheapest Care Agency but certainly one of the best we are very pleased with the first two weeks..
