I was very satisfied with the attention I was given in the Hythe Shop by Amanda. Her knowledge was excellent and her manner was very friendly. I spent some time deciding on the style and design I wanted to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. I have purchased furniture items in this store before and have always been very satisfied with the quality.

Ray and Travis delivered my two sofas yesterday. They telephoned to let me know they were on their way.
They were so friendly and helpful and really quick in setting sofas up.
Amanda, Ray and Travis have made things so easy for me and my new sofas are really comfortable.
I would certainly recommend Castons.

Ray and travis were the most efficient delivery guys. Ray said he worked hardest lol. They both did a grand job!!!! Put everything together. Went the extra mile. Took away all the packing. polite. Chatty. Friendly. A pleasure to have in my home. No fuss. Castons have been fabulous. Stored my furniture until my flat was ready (after many delays.) Thank you. Took away a lot of stress. Spoke to a “person” every time I called. No weird tune for ages telling me I’m in a queue. Excellent customer service. Very personal and caring. Always kind and understanding. Won’t be going anywhere else when I need furniture. Shop local folks. Keep our high streets open!!!

Delivered Guys were Ray and Travis, who were very helpful and friendly.

Ray and Travis delivered our new sofas, they were very friendly and professional. They took our old sofa away then unwrapped the new sofas putting them where we wanted them and took away all the wrapping. Also delivered at the time agreed.

On the off chance we went to castons for a sofa and fireside chair. Very impressed with the stock, Amanda left us to browse without hassling us. After we made our decision she was able to show us the colour collection and made our purchases simple. Very impressed with her knowledge and advice she was attentive throughout our transaction 10/10 glad we remembered the shop we had been elsewhere but the service we received was above and beyond thank you Amanda

We bought two sofas on Saturday and they were delivered on Monday. The shop experience was great, no pressure and once we had made up our mind quick and easy.
The delivery was as expected, the delivery men Ray & Travis informed us of their expected arrival time, they were very efficient and friendly and treated our house and us with respect.
The whole experience from purchase to delivery and packaging removal was first class.

Have been looking for several months, just before Christmas, we found what we were looking for in Castons Furniture at a reasonable price.
The lady in the shop was very helpful and explained that the dinning chair would not be available until after the New Year.
Once she had the chairs, she gave me a ring to arrange delivery at our convenience.

Amanda and Michael are friendly and welcoming which encourages one to purchase. They are extremely knowledgeable about the products, and their service and patience are outstanding. After-sales support is excellent as they are concerned if one is not entirely satisfied and they do everything possible to resolve any perceived problem. In addition, their delivery personnel are also friendly, courteous and willingly do all they can to be helpful. We thoroughly recommend Castons; their success is well deserved.

First visit today at Castons furniture shop in Hythe looking for a sofa as we entered the shop a lovely sales assistant called Amanda was so helpful and made are visit great .can't wait for the sofa to arrive. Highly recommend shop.

We bought two items from Castons recently The Manager at the Hythe shop could not have been more helpful and the quality of the goods is fantastic. The gentlemen that delivered our goods were both very helpful and made sure everything was as we wanted before they left and left no trace of packaging behind. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be purchasing from them again in the future

I came across this company whilst in Tonbridge with my wife.

We had been thinking about buying a new bed for a while but hadn’t really got round to it. We saw the store so just went in for a browse.

The manager was really knowledgable and talked us through some options that suited our budget.

He left us alone to continue looking but in the end we decided to buy there and then because we found the mattress and frame that we liked.

The bed arrived within the time frame we were given and the delivery driver was friendly as well.

Excellent service all round!

We are very happy with our purchase of 2 sofas, 3 wardrobes, a bed and 2 headboards. It is true that the delivery of the sofas and headboards has taken a little longer than anticipated, but given the circumstances, the delivery lads did well. Sean and Michael alerted us to initial problems with our order and found solutions, keeping us updated at all times. We are very pleased with the quality of the goods, particularly the sofas which had to be made. They were very much worth the wait. Good value for money all round. Thank you too for the personalised service.
