I am very happy with my purchase and received excellent customer service pre- and post- sale. Great range to choose from, quick delivery and well priced. We are lucky to have such a great furniture store in Tonbridge and what’s better is that it’s a family run business rather than the big chains. Support a local business, you won’t be disappointed.

I saw a bed that I wanted in the window of Castons, as its lockdown I emailed the enquiry line. Michael called me in response to my email the same day. He gave me advice and helped me to decide on a headboard as well as a professional opinion on the product I required. I paid over the phone and my bed was delivered free of charge the next day. The delivery drivers were quick and very efficient in a covid friendly way. They took all of the packaging away with them. I like to support our local High Street and Castons offered a wonderful service.

Bought a new sofa from Caston’s and must admit it was a pleasure to deal with them.
Quality from start to finish
I was kept informed of delivery lead time all the way, despite the COVID difficulties.
Despite a slight challenge getting the sofa in, the driver did everything he could to make sure I wasn’t going to be disappointed.
Would highly recommend them.

Castons excellent customer service!
We had been looking for new sofas for almost 1 year with covid on the way which didn't help. We decided on Parker Knoll and after searching around the shops and online we kept receiving mixed prices, Furniture Village was always saying 'no one can beat us on price' because we are nationwide and have exclusive deals with manufacture!!! in the end it came to conclusion they we were talking nonsense and playing this game with customers. After intensive online search Castons Furniture came back at a very competitive price (almost unbelievable). Initially i was in doubt because such a small company with a competitive price made me think, i looked them up in the official Parker Knoll website and looked like they were one of their main dealers! I went for it and service was excellent, the invoice was very clear and well described with so many types of fabrics and footstool, cushions etc. Here comes the delivery, the big day!!! We were worried that they will struggle to fit them through the main door however the delivery guys were so professional and did an excellent in sneaking them in in perfect condition and installed the feet and took all the packaging away. Really happy and we couldn't resist and gave a £20 to each delivery man for their service. Will definitely go back again if i need to buy any furniture

Brilliant service!
We decided to replace our 14 year old GPlan 3 piece suite and wanted exactly the same GPLan style.
We wasted several hours in major national retailers who only wanted to sell us what they could get easily hold of and not necessarily GPlan.
We were not offered what we wanted. We ended our search and went to Castons in Tonbridge and what a difference.
Peter readily understood problem and immediately identified our old GPLan suite and told us that it was still available and then proceeded to give us all the current options including what materials it was available in.
There was no hard sell of any other styles as he could clearly understand that we knew what we wanted.
His knowledge was very impressive and reassuring.
The price was extremely competitive and there were no hidden charges as everything was explained upfront such as free delivery and removal of the old suite etc which previous retailers added on at the last minute.
From the moment we placed the order we have been kept in touch with the progress by either Peter or Michael and nothing was too much trouble to ensure our complete satisfaction.
The suite turned up slightly ahead of schedule and was delivered up 2 flights of stairs by 2 very courteous and helpful members of their staff who ensured that we were happy with everything.
We have already recounted our 5 star experience with family and friends and told them to save time and effort by going to Castons in Tonbridge first as they set the highest standard to judge other retailers by.
You can see why this independent company has been trading in the same family for 125 years.

I am very pleased with the t.v. unit I purchased, the quality is very good and the drivers who delivered it were very professional.
