Items not received
Items not received. I don’t blame Cotton Traders for the parcel going missing but I do blame them for using Evri. This is the second time a parcel has not been delivered, not acceptable. I contacted Cotton Traders and after the normal wait a few days, they offered to send out another parcel (via Evri again!) only to find out the items were out of stock. They are processing a refund. Although the items are of good quality when you receive them the delivery service has been terrible on more than one occasion. I will look elsewhere to purchase my items after using Cotton Traders for over 10 years.

Only Problem is they should include 4 lengths instead of 2
or 3. I have to get my trousers altered.
