Great experience
I bought a couch from epipla1. I was being hesitant because I hadn’t seen it in person but buying it was the best decision I could have possibly made. Amazing costumer service - very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend and buy again!

Very sad that it wasn’t handled very well.
We’ve ordered online, chose the option to pay when it would be delivered - they called us the next day asking us if we could pay the whole price in one time -€900). We did as we really liked the design. They then told us via phonecall that they needed to order it and it would take 3 weeks. Afterwards it needed to be delivered from Athens to Xanthi.
They called me a few times, and I asked them if we could communicate via email as promised being made by phonecall are not legitimate. We payed the whole sum and they told us they would let us know about any updates. 4 weeks go by, I get an email about it being delivered in the Athens warehouse. We wait for a whole week and I didn’t get any updates. I call epipla1 they told me they’ve given it to a company for the delivery and they also gave me a phone number - the person of the delivery company picks up and gives me another phone number as they’ve already shipped it to Xanthi! They asked me for a Greek phone number and told me they would call me. Another week goes by - no phone call. I call the delivery company, no one picks up, i call epipla1 they give me the same number and they again tell me that I should call the head of department in Xanthi - which I do and THEY AGAIN DONT PICK UP. I’ve called epipla1 a few times, they told me they couldn’t really do anything as it is the fault of the delivery company. It took me 4 phone callers while on an island to the head office in Athens and the lady their called the department in Xanthi. We have the furniture - it was quite difficult to install but very good quality and are very happy with it - I can sadly not say the same of how things were handled. We will not buy from this furniture company again. I also don’t really find in professional of them that they just point to the delivery company and tell me it’s ONLY there fault.

The Xanthi area is served by outside transportation companies. We are unable to deliver with our own driver. Therefore, payment must be made directly to us. The delivery time is displayed on our website. It is indicated as an approximate time, as the distance in kilometers in or out of Athens may affect the final delivery time to you.
In our communication with you after you placed your order, our team contacted the agency every time to provide information and ensure the delivery of your order.
We are glad that you were finally satisfied with your furniture and we hope that you will reconsider and give us another opportunity to serve you in the future!

The store delivered even before the specified time.
The product arrived well packaged and in good condition. Its quality matched expectations and proved to be a good value-for-money purchase.

I have to say that it was a pleasure ordering and then dealing with the customer service at Epipla1. I ordered a bed that had been damaged in transit and, frankly, did not live up to the quality that I had expected for the price. I asked for a replacement part and suggested that they run a quality control on the product. I expected a replacement part, instead customer service emailed and said that they would give me a full refund. I will order from them again for sure!

Very unprofessional company
Placed an order on 28th of July after calling them to confirm the delivery time which was 7 days. Almost a month after guess what. They haven’t delivered anything. I have called them 3 times and every time they say that there was a slight delay but they are going to deliver within the next week. They even offered a money return. What a joke. Very unprofessional company.

As the number of trucks that have arrived at our warehouse is quite a lot, the process of receiving and sorting the palettes will take a little longer.
As you requested a specific date before the packages sorting is completed, something we were unable to do, we asked if you wished to cancel and receive your money back because of this.
Since you have not informed us of such a request, your order remains active and we will call you as soon as possible for the delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
