Made a order on the 17th or may for my saucers party on the 2nd of June still haven’t received my order I’ve emailed them and messaged them on instergram

I wrote a review previously on how I didn't receive my order.
I did receive a reply to my email and they managed to send me out my order but it was the wrong order. I had ordered around 7kg of sweets for a party but only received 1kg.
I did contact then again and fair play to them they sent my correct order within two days, so was pleased with this service.
I was disappointed at first and still not sure whether I would use them again.

I just hope they can improve on their service

Scam!!! Ordered sweets months ago and has not come! But they have happily taken my money! Report them!

The sweets were delivered late and the gift box was dirty, like something that has been stored in a shed for a long time. One of the packets inside was already opened. There is no contact or phone available on the website. I have sent emails with no response. We have ordered on many occasions before and it has been late but have not felt like it was unsanitary.

Ordered a while ago and still not received my order or any responses to my emails. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. It was a time sensitive order and now I have 100s of boxes that I need to fill with sweets but no sweets.

Total scam. If I could give 0 I would. Do not purchase. Contact page doesn't even work. Takes money and does not post sweets. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!

No email confirmation, website doesn't work properly, their contact form just shows error, I've emailed them via the Facebook page. I have a feeling they're not in business anymore however have not updated the website - everyone that ordered and did not receive an item, contact your bank and get your money bank. very simple process

Unbelievably dishonest! I placed my order over a week ago, I didn’t receive an email confirmation and I am still waiting for the sweets I ordered. The link to contact on the website does not work. The WhatsApp number is invalid - there is no reply to any emails I have sent.

This seems to be a bogus company. It is one big scam.
Currently I am considering the small claims court which might be the only way to recoup my money although my guess would be that the scammers have already left the country! Wish I’d read the previous reviews before parting with my money

I ordered sweets 2 weeks ago and still not received anything!!!Have reached out via email and Instagram and have been totally ignored. They have turned comments off on posts so can’t reach them that way either ! Shocking service!!!

I sent an order in for my wedding in the 8th of August they were quick as hell to take my money, no sweets in nothing and my wedding is on the 19th of August, thanks for nothing you thieves DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I usually read reviews and with all the preparations forgot to look and read to £89.90 worth of despair. I am not Muslim but a lot of our guests do not eat pork (gelatin) I should have gone with Amazon. Truly WICKED con people and Thanks for nothing, I just want my money back REFUND ME REFUND ME REFUND ME.

NEVER buy from this company! Placed order and received email that order is on way. Didn’t receive anything for over a week. Got in touch with support that said there has been an error (why did I have to reach out to them to ask, surely they should inform me of delivery issues).

Received sweets 3 days later, completely the wrong sweets were sent to me. I ordered 5kg and 1kg of sweets were the correct ones.

No email or comms to let me know that sweets I ordered were not in stock and that they were sending me random ones.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Avoid using this company if you can.

ZERO on all parts, especially customer service & my order was never received. It's been nearly one month and NOTHING! Checked their site and they said they delivered, yet I have no tracking info, no products and I am out of pocket! Bunch of crooks! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

No proper packaging. Looks like a child made the order.

Couldn’t even say if it was actually halal as there was no ingredients list etc on it.

I placed an order for my daughters birthday party on the 5th June. I received an email confirming my order. Since then nothing, so I tried to contact them, looked on the website no telephone number, just email address so I emailed them and then I found there Instagram page so I emailed them there too. Finally I received an email saying they tired to contact me to explain some items are out of stock! Well I didn’t receive any phone calls or emails! Anyways I am still waiting for my order! The party is this Saturday! I’m so upset

Placed an order on the 20th of April a week had passed and I received no confirmation email from them I was left wondering what’s going on. Their website is dodgy has no form of contact I searched for their Instagram to message and finally get a response apparently they contacted me (a big lie) I was told that two types of sweets were out of stock and they were awaiting my response which was not true. I asked for a refund. I have been commenting on their Instagram posts emailing 10times and dming 20 times and I received my refund on the 16th of June the date they pushed it through was the 13th of June. They will not give you a refund until you beg for your own money. Refunds take max 5 working days, please avoid this business it will ruin any event you plan for! So upset this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they call themselves the halal sweets company and act like this.

I bought sweets 23th may,after a week waiting no news at all. Sadly didn’t check reviews before ordering. I hope PayPal will give my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Got an email to say they had delivered my parcel... to a completely unknown address the other side of the country! Now they have flat out refused to respond to the dozens of emails I've sent and will not engage, avoid at all costs!!

This company is fraudulent. I placed an order the 3rd of May but am yet to recieve my order. They took my money instantly and refuse to respond to the 3 emails i have sent till date. Shame on this company! They lure Muslim clients to simply take their money and not deliver their priducts. Please everyone reading this, STAY AWAY!
