Absolutely awful. Be warned, I should have looked here before ordering from this company. Whoever is in charge is giving Halal, hence Muslims a bad name which is the last thing we need in this country.
I have tried to contact them without success.
I eventually contacted my bank and am awaiting the results.

If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. I placed my order on 23/11/2022 and have yet to receive anything. I contacted them on several occasions, but they didn't reply to a single email. AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

A scam! I ordered from them on the 26th August. They confirmed order but nothing was delivered. I have contacted them through email and Instagram and no response. I've had to get a refund through my bank.

Avoid at all costs. Placed order on 29/08. Still not received anything. Tried contacting via both the online form and email several times but no response at all. Reading the other reviews, I'm not alone. No idea how they can operate like this. Thank goodness for PayPal, so I can get my money back at least.

Terrible company
I placed an order and 10 days later it hasn’t been delivered. I’ve emailed and no response. The contact form online doesn’t work. This company is a con, do not place an order with them.

Do not order from this company, they will take your money, send you false tracking information and have no form of contact except an online form that they never respond to!

Dont waste your time or money

I have order sweet about 2 week ago for mu son birthday, he is birthday is over but sweet hasn’t come yet I m really disappointed. I have payed £25 including delivery charge . My son favourite sweet I wanted to give on his special day .But unfortunately I can’t anymore.His birthday is over now .

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I ordered online for a friend, the sweets never arrived at his address and the delivery company DHL said they haven’t received the item from halal sweets company. I tried to contact halal sweets company but there is no direct number. I filled out the inline form and no one got back to me. After 5 days I filled out the online form again and still no help. I am extremely disappointed, my friend has not received the sweets and I have not received a refund. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Still waiting for my order to be delivered, which I purchased end of may. Their customer service is non existent. I've emailed, left msgs on Instagram and nothing. What kind of business is this, they just take your money, absolutely disgusting!!

The really disappointing thing is I’ve been wanting to purchase sweets from this company for so long.

Now that I finally have it’s become the worst experience I’ve had ever. Since making my purchase, I only received an order confirmation, it’s been 8 days and no dispatch notification, or any contact made about the process of my order, even though they instruct that orders are sent out by latest 48hrs after purchase. I’ve logged online and it says my order is completed, DHL haven’t received anything in my name or address. I’ve also completed two forms one requesting a refund, explaining I no longer want the product and still no response from the company. I will be looking into how get my money back.

Been a week and my order not here. I payed 4.99 delivery for my order to arrive and I placed my order before 5pm. I haven't recieved no dispatched email and its been a week from tomorrow. I have filled in 2 contact forms, sent 1 email and 1 Instagram messages. Quick to take my money but my not quick enough to get back to me where my order is.

one of my orders didn't arrive, i sent 4 emails using the online form but no one came back to me.

Poor communication. Took over a week to deliver my sweets. I tried calling, emailing, messaging on Twitter and Instagram to get an update on my order and no one got back to me. More than a week later my order was delivered.

Package arrived two weeks late but everything was included in the box, I like the sweets 🌝

Halal sweets company but nothing halal with the way they deal with orders purchased as can be seen by many other bad reviews.

I Ordered a Eid gift sweet box (16 flavours) and 1KG giant fizzy cola bottles on 11th April 2022, paid £5 for delivery which is meant to take 1-3 working days.

DHL had not received the package from them and after 2 weeks I opened a case with paypal and emailed DHL as well as this company.

28th april (now 17 days since my order) get a email with a excuse saying there was a delay and that they are going to speak with DHL, which they didnt need to anyways as DHL had already told me they have not been sent anything!

5th may (24 days since order placed) i finally receive my order only for my Eid box which is meant to be 16 flavours only had 9 flavour packets!

I feel frustrated and conned and unhappy with everything, i advise to think not even twice from buying from this halal sweets company.

Its unacceptable, i will never order from them again.

p.s no need to ask for my order number or make excuses by blaming DHL its clear who has made the mistake here.

The sweets arrived on time but when I checked I was missing one of the options of sweets and when I sent an email, I received no help. However the sweets tasted good and were packaged well.

I was really gutted when I tried the sweets, they did not taste nice at all. In fact, there was barely any flavour to the sweets. The cherry did not taste like cherry, it was just not great. However, customer service is brilliant just not the products!

AMAZING experience! HUGE thanks to Halal Sweets Company who went above and beyond with my order issue. Unfortunately, my parcel was delivered to the wrong address last Friday – I was absolutely distraught as this was a joint Birthday/Eid gift for my brother-in-law and there was no time to get a replacement. I contacted Halal Sweets Company who were so accommodating and kindly offered to arrange a replacement. I was bowled over by the exceptional customer service and how Halal Sweets Company treated me like a valued customer. My order arrived swiftly the next day – just in time for my brother-in-law’s Birthday and Eid gift The sweets were beautifully packaged and tasted so delicious – he absolutely adored the gift. I’ll definitely be returning, not least for the fantastic customer service [and so I can have the sweets all to myself this time as it’s amazing to find a company that offers incredible tasting halal sweets at long last!]. Thanks so much – highly recommended.
