Disappointed
Contacted them multiple times since the 15th and yet to receive a response. Emailed directly and still no response in regards to my order that was supposed to have been delivered on the 17th. No update and no response. No idea as to why they’ve a contact form which states they’ll respond in up to 24 hours and it’s been 3 days. Sort it out.. why order gifts for birthdays and other special occasions when the delivery is pathetic and there’s a lack of customer service in general.

Very bad first experience with company. Paid extra for faster delivery (1-3 days) but came after 5-6 days! Then the order was missing sweets which were especially the flavour chosen by the recipient ! Very unprofessional and rip off!!

Mystery bag not recommended
It seems as though they put the less-selling sweets into the mystery bag to help reduce excess stock, rather than providing the actually nice tasting sweets.

When it comes to the next time you order, I would recommend selecting your own flavours from our Pick & Mix range here: https://halalsweetscompany.co.uk/product-category/halal-pick-and-mix/ instead of a pre-packaged Mystery Bag. Doing so will mean you avoid receiving sweets that you personally consider not to be nice tasting, as you mentioned.
