I gave a three star as the packaging…
I gave a three star as the packaging for the sweets was really wrinkled and I had to give it as a gift so that was not great .but besides that it was okay as it gave the right amount of sweets and the design of the bag was cute .

Sweets ordered for daughters bday party…
Sweets ordered for daughters bday party but NEVER arrived.
It’s now been exactly 6 weeks since I placed the order for 1-3 daysdelivery!
Sent numerous emails-no reply.
Sent a message via text message, tried ringing the mobile number on google, even messaged via Instagram.
There has been no reply.
I think it’s appalling way to handle a so called “halal” business.
Will be taking this to the small claims court.
It may of only been £50 but it’s a matter of principal!

Amazing service
Updated: Customer service was excellent. First order didnt go to plan due to some missed stock however once getting in touch I got compensated practically my whole order back via benji bucks. After placing my second order (and paying for 3-5days delivery) was very suprised after it came after only two days. Whole order was correct and delicious. Would highly recommend the raspberry pencils, fizzy peaches and the watermelon wedges which were amazing and had such a strong taste of watermelon

Took over a week to arrive even though I’d paid £5.00 express delivery, so as a results sweets we’re all sweaty and stuck together .. absolutely grim and went straight into the bin.

Sweet good service not great
The sweets were great however not impressed with the service. I had paid extra for fast delivery and that was pointless as it arrived later. I also emailed to request a tracking number and as of yet I have had no response from the company which I find is poor service.

Horrible experience. My order was dispatched and never reached me. I paid £4.99 for delivery and their customer support team never got back to me. Very poor service.

I'm honestly shocked that they've emailed asking for a review! DESPICABLE! I placed an order on 27th July which was dispatched on 28th July and my order still hasn't arrived!!!!! I have emailed, completed an online contact form, direct messaged them on Instagram, replied to their stories, left comments on their posts and I haven't had a single response!!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting company! Don't waste your time or money here! I'm now having to go through the pallava of raising a dispute with my bank to get my money back! Avoid at all costs!

Sweets where great and delivery was aswell the only thing I did not like the sweets where not seperate and sme sweets stuck to paper bag that it was sent in.

Great value for money
Great value for money, sweets were very yummy.
Have knocked off a star as some sweets were missing from my order and I had to contact customer service multiple times before receiving a response and refund for the missing sweets.

Dont buy from here
I can’t leave no stars so i have to leave 1. Extremely unresponsive. Ordered stuff that was supposedly dispatched over 10 days ago but provides no tracking, doesn’t bother responding to messages, probably didn’t even send the goods but more than happy to keep the money
