I’ve given 4 stars simply because of…poor packaging
I’ve given 4 stars simply because of the packaging and how the item was delivered. If we’re talking about the taste I would give this 5 stars.
My pick and mix was scrunched up into the tightest paper bag and it wasn’t really mixed. It was layered in a bad way.
I’d expect more professional packaging considering how much I’ve spent on these sweets.

Expect mistakes and zero customer service
1.8kg missing sweets (6x 300g mystery bags). Took several messages and voicemails to get a reply and then after sending photographic evidence, received a response then nothing. Raised dispute with card company now!

We loved all the sweets we received. However we were expecting all the different shaped sweets in separate bags rather than all mixed up together. I wanted to keep each 50g of each separate sweets for each child but was unable to do so. I had to do this manually.

The sweets are very tasty and order came on time thank you. Unfortunately the company does not provide a contact number. This makes things very difficult when wanting to speak with them quickly. This needs to be something they consider putting on their website.

Order incomplete and zero customer service
My order arrived quickly but 6 items which I paid for are missing. What did arrive was batched and sellotaped, unlike the lovely neatly folded photos on the website, rendering them useless as gifts. I’ve filled in two contact forms, sent an email and left two voicemails but absolutely no response received back. If nothing today I’ll be forced to contact my card company to dispute the charge.

Wrong address on package and wrong order
Got my address wrong and DHL sent my package to the wrong house as a result. Luckily I have hones neighbors who were able to notify me. Also got my order wrong. No one answers the phone or responds

First and last time
First time I have used this company and will not be using them again. Placed my order on the 20th June after being told it would be 1-2 say delivery I revived and email on the 21st saying my order had been dispatched and now complete . I received no order and emailed them twice and got no response then had to messsge them on Instagram and then look for a mobile number to text them . Eventually got a response on the 1st July and received my delivery 2nd July . Very stressful time as these were gifts … very poor experience .. would not recommend

Hi Aisha, thanks for your feedback. I've just checked the tracking details and can see the order was delivered within the 3-5 days delivery option at selected at checkout.
As for the mixed flavours, for the products selected it's stated on the category page that 'Note: All flavours will be mixed into a single bag.' (see: https://halalsweetscompany.co.uk/product-category/halal-pick-and-mix/), this is also stated on the product page itself of every product you ordered. Apologies if this wasn't made completely clear to you.
In future, if you'd like to keep gummy and fizzy flavours separated feel free to note this in the order notes section during checkout, and we'll try our best to accommodate this request :)

Quick delivery. Delivered just in time for eid and my family absolutely loved it. Even the adults did. Only thing is that some of the sweets in the giant jars was repeated when I selected a different sweet.

Poor communication, but nice products
I paid for the 5-7 day postage, but even after 9 days the package hadn't arrived.
I sent emails which were not responded to till I raised a dispute via PayPal.
Seller then contacted me and sent the parcel via 48-hr delivery, stating the order had apparently been marked as completed. While I can understand mistakes happen, not responding to emails was unacceptable.
The products are nice but the communication has been poor.

My order came nearly 2 weeks late, even though on there website it says dispatched within 24/48 hours. I placed it for an event but had to buy from elsewhere. Sent several emails didn’t get a response till after a week my daughter also contacted them on social media but still nothing. Finally arrived and was sent the wrong sweets. Would not recommend this place
