Absolutely poor customer service! I bought 43 x 50g pick and mix sweets to give to family and friends, the website displays it as if they will come in 50g packs. However I got the whole thing stuffed into 2 bulk paper bags (one of which was ripped).

When I reached out and asked if they could send individual bags so I can split them myself I was told I have to pay for them plus delivery on top! So I requested a return as the sweets are no use to me as they are, and was advised they’ll send a returns label. That was a week ago and despite me chasing them up FOUR times I’ve been completely ignored since then.

Clearly they have no intention of issuing a refund. Would not recommend this company. Plenty other halal sweet companies to buy from.

Amazing offer and delicious. Perfect gift and best part is that its all halal so no need to be careful about gelatine.

utterly disappointed, i made a purchase of the chocolate calendars way before ramadan, till date i haven’t received my order i haven’t even got a refund back bad service.

I got the big mix box for Eid and all children love it. Highly recommended.

I ordered Ramadan Chocolate Calendars for my twin girls and although it arrived pretty quick, both of the calendar pockets were empty, and my girls were in tears but after investigating where the chocolates went we realised that they all fell to the bottom. So the excitement of opening each pocket each day during Ramadan was pretty disappointing as the chocolates were not intact.

Recieved my order the other day with my ramadan calendars and huge bag of pick n mix. I've got to say a massive thanks because not only do I love your products and the calendars are super cute for the kids, the fact that you included an extra calendar for free was such a lovely touch and just another part of the great customer service. Thank you and Ramadan Kareem! 😊

It took weeks for it to get delivered when I paid over £5 for it to be done within 5 days. When chasing up my order I didn’t receive a reply or acknowledgement! Will never order again! Absolutely horrible service!

My young niece and nephew get up early every morning to open the advent calendars and eat the chocolates, they love them!
