Ordered from these guys on Sunday 1st November, still not received my order? I raised a enquiry with them via their online form and the next day or 2 I got a message from DHL to say the package was on its way, so I thought okay great.. delivery day the package goes missing and apparently i signed for it???!
Reading some of the other reviews, funny how their packages have also not been delivered...
Any how so I’ve emailed their support asking for a refund or resend their items as the sender has to raise a case with DHL directly.. again reading some of the other reviews I don’t think il get my money back as people have been waiting months, it was only a £25 order or so but I can tell these guys have 0 morals.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, PRETTY MUCH A SCAM TO BE HONEST AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY QUERIES.

I should have read these reviews prior to placing my order....Still waiting for delivery, no one answers my emails.

Placed an order for 750g of giant coca bottles. Instead I received small cola bottles. I complained through the complanits form and also through email, it's been over a week and still no reply. Poor customer support and can;t even get an order right.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company is an example of how to never deliver customer service and how to not create products.

I have purchased from this company several times, each time hoping they’d have improved their service. Little did I know it would only get worse.

Every single time, these people have messed up my deliveries by sending it exceptionally LATE. They never responded to my emails enquiring about my order. One of my recent orders was the mystery box for £16...do not ever buy this product. They filled it with the worse sweets possible in order to get rid of their stock since I’m sure no one is going to buy these terrible options.

On another order, they left out sweets from my pick n mix that I paid for and never responded to my emails once I raised the concern.

Truly, I have nothing positive to say about this company.

This is the first and last time that I will order from this company. Appalling customer service, not replying to any messages. When the sweets did eventually come the standard of packaging was extremely poor and sweets all stuck together. Keep away from buying from them.

I ordered sweets on the 15th May to give as an eid gift, one was delivered and the other was not. I paid 24.58 on the 16th May and 26.98 on the 17th May 2020. I've been chasing to get a refund but I never get a response from them. It's now the 27th August 2020 and I STILL have no response. If you're reading my review, then I don't wish to pursue the refund any longer. Maybe with that money you can buy a pack of cigarettes for the amount of negative reviews you're getting. If you're feeling guilty about the money you stole, you can give it to charity so that you can cleanse your hands.

Ordered over a week ago and still haven't received any updates. Can't seem to get a reply or via social media either.

Eid about £50 worth so i'm really annoyed. I can fully appreciate difficult circumstances during Covid-19, but to ignore tweets, comments, dms, messages AND emails. It's absolutely ridiculous. There has been no update, no acknowledgment and no apologies whatsoever. I don't think i will be ordering from here ever again.

I needed the sweets 12 days after I made the order, which I thought would be no problem because the delivery was noted to be 5 days max. The delivery ended up taking nearly 20 days! This is absolutely embarrassing and they never responded to any of my emails, messages, or even a PayPal case. Although the delivery was painfully long, the sweets do taste nice. But Don't buy from them!

I have never dealt with a company like this. I placed an order as a gift on 19 May and its still 'processing' 2 months later!
I've emailed and tweeted and sent messages on their Instagram posts and DMs but still no reply! Not even a refund (if you cant send my order that would be the right thing to do!).
They just stole my money (thats what it is if you dont provide the goods I have paid for!).

Firstly extremely delayed delivery, order placed 24/06/20, received 15/07/20.
Secondly no communication with customers.
Lastly items changed without prior notification, I will never order anything from this company.
Very disappointed.

A scam. Tried contacting multiple times and ignored. No update on order and no one responding on chat service to talk about what is happening with my order. I understand if the company is having issues due to current climate but no communication at all with customer! Asked for refund, no reply. Save your money and do not buy from here. Horrible customer service.

Update- almost a month after ordering and weeks asking for my order to be cancelled with still no reply, I did receive my sweets in the post. The sweets were good but were definitely soured by the taste of this horrific experience.

Ordered on 25/05/2020, order has not arrived. It states orders are dispatched the next working day, however a banner said it could be delayed by 5 working days. So, I emailed on 4/6/2020 & received no reply. I then used their contact form on 9/5/2020, no reply. I instagrammed them on 12/5/2020, no reply, but they still post to their stories every day. I’ve emailed again this morning and tried to use their online chat but they aren’t online when working hours are advertised! But they still managed to take my money.

I had ordered on the 27/05/20, while understanding that the order would take some time because of the pandemic. They had put on their Instagram that they email you the delivery tracking number when they send it out for delivery. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when it unexpectedly arrived on the 08/06/20 (pleasantly because sweets, yay, or so I thought...)! I had tried to contact them earlier via Instagram and Email to just confirm when they thought it might arrive, with no reply!! I then checked the contents of my Pick and Mix where I had selected the type of sweets and the weight amount of those sweets! I had been given random amounts just so they could reach the total weight!! I feel ripped off, as my favourite sweet, which I had ordered at 100g, had been sparsely put in the bag! No communication from them and no care for the order!!

EDIT: Due to the reply, I am adding my order number, which is 36200 ! If you look at that order number, you should be able to find my email address and I hope to resolve this issue!

Ordered on 18/05/2020 and arrived 08/06/2020 (21 days). Sent numerous emails to cancel and request a refund but had no response at all. Not a reliable place to order from if you want to send someone a gift!

One of the worst companies I have ever had the misery to deal with.
18 May I placed my order, to arrive for EID - a gift for 10 year old twins. Payment taken immediately. It is now 14 days later and nothing has been sent.
I have emailed them - No reply. I have messaged them on their FaceBook site - No reply, I have messaged them on their Instagram site - No reply, I have responded to other complaints on Twitter and they acknowledged asking me to send them a direct message - I've sent 3 but still No Reply. This company is rude, clearly up their own snooty noses. Do NOT buy from them, all they do is take your money.
PS, I've now telephoned them using the phone number shown on Trust Pilot!
