Once they finally got back to me the service was worse.

They said they had sent it out. They then apparently sent it out again express delivery. Yeah right. Big scam and over Ramadan gifts? Despicable. Shameful.

I paid for 1-3 days delivery & still waiting for my order after a week!!!

Still haven’t received my order and it’s been over a week now despite the BBC saying delivery will be done within 1-3 working days. I desperately needed the order for a memorial event in order of my niece and wanted to present her favourite sweets to all her cousins. Very disappointed with the service.

Ignored all forms of communication. My emails Instagram messages. Will not recommend and will not use again. Very unprofessional

All the sweets disappeared in one sitting! Finally nice to have halal sweets in a variety of flavours :)

Gutted with my experience.

I was over the moon when I found halal sweets! So much so, I ordered some for my Nikkah just to distribute to the kids.

I’ve just received some items, with another person’s delivery inside with the customer’s personal information. This makes me uneasy thinking who’s house my order and personal details are in.

I can’t seem to find a contact number and my emails aren’t being answered.

Gutted.

Being a Muslim you can’t find any halal sweets in stores, so I googled halal sweets and this is the first link I clicked on. Amazing variety of sweets. Ordered a Pick n Mix. After reading the reviews I was double minded, but the recent reviews were very positive which gave me the confidence to order from them. What’s the worse that could happen? If they don’t reply to any of your emails simply get a refund from PayPal. This didn’t happen to me. I even sent an email to them asking when my order would be despatched, and they emailed the next day! Ordered from them last Sunday using the Royal Mail courier (£2.99). Came today (Thursday) via DHL which is (£4.99), which made me very impressed. My family and I were very happy with the sweets. Came very quickly. Will definitely order from them again from the future. Seriously, don’t worry about the reviews. Yes it’s a risk when you see the site has bad reviews, but do you or do you not want to eat the sweets. That’s something that motivated me to buy them.

Delivery on time ask for delivery info for that straight away great communication and sweets are amazing as ever kids adults we all live em.

Lovely sweets, fast delivery and well packaged!

I placed my first order with the HSC in November for two sweet gift boxes. I waited 10 working days as advised on their website for my delivery to arrive. When it didn’t arrive, I chased where my order was by contacting them via their webpage as advised and waited 24 hours for a reply as advised on the website. I didn’t no receive a reply. I reached out via social media (Facebook and Instagram) to ask where my order is - I received no acknowledgement of my messages or any replies. I didn’t receive my orders despite payment being taken and no one from the company was responding to my queries.

In the end as I had paid via PayPal I was able to open up a dispute and claim my money back. I came across many other people reporting the same on the HSC facebook page.

Sadly was my first and last time using this. Please be careful when ordering. I wouldn’t want anyone else going through the same experience.

By far the best halal sweet company around, their sweets are never a let down! Tried the pineapple ones recently, which were amazing! Loved!

Though delivery was longer than expected the sweets were worth the wait! Cheers lads

Update I received my sweets, after 3 weeks! Only to find the lid broken, the tub dented and the sweets at the bottom of the packing bag
So unhygienic and have requested a refund as this is not something I can now gift to my sister :/

Would give 0 starts if it was possible. The worst company I have ever come accross. Did not send out my order and do not reply to emails. Absolute cowboys. Should be ashamed to use halal in their name. Stealing peoples money is not halal.
Do not purchase anything from them online.
