I brought my Dad into shop for new bed and your staff member Nicola OShea was so helpful really took her time with my Dad telling him about each bed and explained all different mattress . My dad is 84 years old and Nicola was just so kind to him and really help him pick right bed and mattress I can’t thank her enough for all her help today.

Photo/gift service not very competent
Photo/gift service not very competent. Advised 4-5 days for a photo gift only to be told on the 5th day of waiting that I was "wrongly" advised and it would be 2 weeks. Mis informed by staff lead to a special gift being delayed by over 1 week. Not impressed. Could have gone elsewhere.

Pleasant and helpful staff
Had an iPad issue. Very helpful young Ukrainian man (Hliem?) was very good, explained options, clear about cost, and didn’t give guarantees about possibility of a fix. I ended up both getting it fix and also buying a new iPad. Explained everything very patiently.
Sales assistant (Jibin) also very pleasant.

Harvey Norman new laptop
I went to Harvey Norman looking for a new laptop. I had a broad idea of what I was looking for in terms of RAM and graphics etc. Was approached by staff, Iyaaz, he was really helpful, gave me space to think, talked me through different options and specs. Showed me through different price ranges and what would be best for my needs. I never felt pressurised or talked into buying anything. I'm really happy with the laptop, runs really smooth and has plenty of storage.

The fridge packaging was not removed on…
The fridge packaging was not removed on delivery and taken away. I was unable to get the fridge fully unpacked myself and had to wait extra 4 days for someone to help to lift and unpack which meant i was without a fridge for days. The store and website confirms unpackagaing on delivery so i wasnt impressed.

Top Class Service
Genuinely flawless. Tommy & Dan were top class. We had x6 big appliances in total for delivery and installation and they completed everything within the hour. All packaging removed and taken away, very careful when moving the units through the house and gave a quick rundown on everything. Genuinely so impressed. 10/10 customer service. Thank you.
