I had a great experience in Harvey Norman at fonthil. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular Aleksandra was super kind and helpful, I had an issue with my Samsung vaccum cleaner, she assisted me throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend! Thanks again.

Outstanding Service
I am a first-time, new home buyer and needed to buy all of my appliances before ever stepping foot in my kitchen. This, paired with the incredible amount of choices I was faced with upon entering the store, had me extremely overwhelmed immediately.
Colin was a master class in customer service. From the moment he spotted us (while attending to someone else), he made us aware he saw us and that he would be with us as soon as possible.
Once he was available, he came straight over and immediately began easing my nerves. He first explained the process of ordering the equipment, storing it until my house was ready, paying only a deposit on the day, and if any changes were required, how they would be accommodated.
He then began bringing me through the appliances one by one, explaining where it's worth putting your money and what can easily be updated later. What features in appliances were important and and what were just preferences. His selling skills were so good that I didn't feel I was being sold to at all. Which for me is huge; I don't like when I feel someone is just pushing a sale. He had my whole kitchen kitted out in less time than it would have taken me to decide between ceramic or induction 😂
To any first-time buyers out there feeling overwhelmed, go see Colin.

Very slick service. Txt sent with times for delivery and followed on day of delivery that they were on their way. Arrived within 10/15 mins. Very pleasant and mannerly guys.

I purchased on line I was not informed in the process that the item was out of stock I then had to wait for 4 days which if I had know I would not have gone ahead with the purchase.
But I must commend the young girl that served me on the day of collecting my item she was must pleasant and happy kind of person and happy to conversate with me well done to her

Great service
David and Thato delivered our dining set from Harvey Norman today and you couldn't get nicer lads. They were very quick and efficient and put everything together nicely and even cleared away all the rubbish back out to the truck. Very good service from the 2 lads and greatly appreciated.

Good communication, on time and a very good service
Having been given a date and broad window for delivery, the driver called to provide and 2 hour window. The 2 men arrived on time, quickly and carefully brought in the appliances before taking away the old appliances. Very pleasant, they took less than 10 mins.

Purchased a TV online for collection at…
Purchased a TV online for collection at Airside branch. Waited nearly 30 minutes before someone came to tell me that I had to collect at a different address, even though the confirmation email stated Airside for pickup. The new location (back of Dublin Airport) was closed & only open 9 to 5 (I work these hours). Told him to cancel order but two hours later, it's still showing as awaiting collection. They have my money & I have no TV so tomorrow will be more wasted time trying to remedy.
Crap service & won't be using them again. Recommend stick to other shops that don't give you BS runaround.

I bought a TV at the Swords branch and had a problem with it when I got it home. I brought it back to the store and they replaced it for me without the slightest trouble. I found them to be knowledgeable and cared about looking after the customer. A rare combination these days
