I ordered a few items on the 30th March, it is now the 31st of May and they still haven't arrived. I have phoned them three times and on the last two occasions been told its been cleared for picking and I should receive them within five to seven days, so that will be nine weeks since I put the order in. I would like customers to be warned of this company and the personnel in customers services.
Do not use extremely bad company ordered items 12/04/17 still no items and it's now 12/05/17 phoned the company to be told by a receptionist who needed customer service training you get your items in 10 days shocking company avoid as all cost

I only wish I had looked at reviews before ordering from this company.
I placed an order only to be told the warehouse were behind and it wouldn't be shipped till more than a week after I placed the order, it would then take another 7 days to deliver. I explained I would look around and then call back to cancel. Half an hour later I called back to request to cancel only to be told I can not cancel, buy a very arrogant rude customer service advisor. She did tell me the only way I could cancel was to refuse the delivery... so it looks like I may get my money back over a month later, that's if Hermes don't deliver to a neighbour and they accept it on my behalf..... yet to be seen.
Tried to order from a rude unhelpful fool who tried to keep me talking as long as possible at 13p a minute, and when I repeated my details 6 times, still got it wrong, had a go at me and rang off. After reading this am glad the order was not taken
I placed an order on the 1st February. I called a week ago and was told that one item was out of stock hence the delay, I was assured it was being picked and would be delivered yesterday. I called again this morning and was told a different item was out of stock and it is being picked and will be sent out today.
I called again this afternoon and was told it will arrive between 10 and 14 days! This is absolutely ridiculous and the CS team seem to use the same excuse but pick different items that are supposedly out of stock as a standard response.
I would like a refund as soon as possible as I have since looked at the feedback which is absolutely appalling about Healthy Living Direct, something I should have done prior to ordering. I have emailed the CEO and am awaiting a response.
Update. Just had a call from the CEO assistant and guess what? the items are now in stock since this morning and are sending them via courier and a small refund!

Received all products this morning via special delivery! I will never order from them again, however my email to the CEO got results! I suggest all who have issues to email the CEO as it worked for me, good luck all but never use this company again !!!!
A few years ago i ordered three items from this company and paid by postal order. The goods never ever arrived but they had the money. I wrote several times concerning my order but heard nothing back. Had to end up putting this down to horrible and expensive experience, but it's a nightmare company best avoided.
Ordered half a dozen xmas presents on Dec 12th and on dec 18th after asking where they are got the reply Your order has not been sent as an item is not in stock and we do not know when it will be back in stock. so i have no Christmas presents, they have my money. why could they not just send all items and refund the out of stock item. The customer service number is 13p a min plus connection charge. I now have to rebuy Christmas presents and find the cash to buy them with. Could they be Rogue Traders. They are based in Driffield and do have other names such as Bits & Pieces and Kingstown associates plus others

My mum ordered a solar garden ornament back in the beginning of July. It's now the end of November and still no sign of it. After numerous phone calls to the customer services and being told that it wasn't in stock and yet they cashed the payment within days of receipt, I finally got them to issue a refund. BUT the lying, cheating company deducted postage costs when mum never received the product! Read the reviews about this company. Mum wished she had. We are contacting Watchdog as this company is awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I made the mistake of ordering before reading these reviews, tried phoning after having sent three E-Mails with no response, met with stock answer " Oh the goods were out of stock " , when I pointed out that the web site said they were in stock when I ordered they had no answer !.
Awaiting a telephone call from them but have lost trust, will cancel my order ASAP.

My advice to anyone considering buying from this company is DO NOT.
Your payment will be accepted and you will spend the next 2 months chasing up your goods. This company is a disgrace.
If it were possible they would have got a "no star" rating.

I am still waiting for a dressing gown and socks that my 92 year old mother asked me to order for her after she saw a leaflet, probably enclosed in the People's Friend. As it was 4 weeks ago and I'd heard nothing, I rang to try to find out why I'd not received my order. The girl said it was being held up because the socks were out of stock and she didn't know when they'd be back in. I asked why I hadn't been kept informed of this and she said they didn't have email! I had previously put a query through to their 'contact us' helpline on their website but had not received a response or even automatic acknowledgment as with other companies. I asked her to cancel the socks and send the dressing gown and she said I would be refunded for the socks but I'm a bit worried whether I'll receive either after the other reviews I've just read. She wasnt rude but I received no apology or recompense by way of not charging me postage, so I guess all I can do is wait. Bit worrying after I've paid up front. Needless to say, like other dissatisfied customers on this site, I won't be using this company again.
terrible company to deal with , took payment twice from my account, over 6 weeks ago , made several phone calls requesting a refund , and no promised call back , spoke to an obnoxious customer service agent called Anna , she was not interested , because she had incoming calls waiting to spend money. My bank are now refunding the money and i will find out the company who processes their card payments , and report them , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
This is, without doubt, the worst company that it's been my misfortune to encounter.

I can't rate this service as I am still awaiting delivery of an order placed 4 weeks ago. My cheque was cashed 2 weeks ago. If they have run out of the free gift of a carriage clock they can leave that out as I don't want it anyway and would donate it to a charity shop.
We have had lots of orders from them and their sister companies. It is true that they tend to take your money quickly, but then you wait weeks for your order, in fact sometimes so long that you've forgotten what you ordered! Most of the stuff is OK, however, and they have refunded promptly when we have had to return things. I am very suspicious of the prize draws, and tell my husband not to order just to go in the draw, but there always seems to be something we want! Strange, we both get mailings from them, but it's only him who gets the prize draw envelopes, they must think he's a sucker. All in all though, we are happy enough, and patient enough, to keep ordering! Would be nice if we didn't have to wait so long though, after all, it is only Yorkshire! We actually get things from the USA quicker, very often!
My 83 yr old mum saw a hair net in the People's Friend magazine & wanted me to order a couple for her. I saw the reviews for Healthy Living Direct & to be honest was a bit wary of ordering from them. I thought I'd pay by Paypal, so if anything went wrong I'd at least get my money back. Well, ordering was simple, 2 days later my mum's hair nets arrived & she's very pleased with them! Excellent all round & I won't hesitate to order again. They now have a Facebook page too so I think they are committed to getting customer service right.

I ordered a pair of boots via a friend's catalogue. The order was placed on 16th Septeber 2015, the payment was taken on 18th SEptember 2015. There was no communication to say the boots were out of stock. I phoned on 3rd October 2015 to be told they were out of stock and would be available in 7 to 10 days. Seven days later on 9th October I phoned again, and coincidentally spoke to the same customer service person. She told me exactly the same thing. When I said I wanted to speak to her supervisor, I was told she could take my details and get someone to call me within 24 hours. Told her I wanted to speak to someone NOW, I won't be here in 24 hours. Said again I want to speak to her manager and she said she'd get someone to phone me in half an hour ....... I'm waiting.
They have my payment, it's building interest in their bank but I have no product.
