How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
I ordered on line a pair of shoes, on their web site it says "speedy delivery" that was a month ago now still not had a delivery. Wrote e mail to this company and they can't even find my order, although they have taken the money from my Visa card three weeks ago.
In one of my e mails they told me to go to my bank for some reason, I suppose to see if the cheque has been cashed I think you would see that on a bank statement wouldn't you?
I see there are reviews on this company and the same thing has happened to other customers. I will not stop at nothing to get my money back even if it means going to the small claims court.
If anyone else is still having problems with this company perhaps we could all get together and do something about it.
I ORDERED SOME CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD ARTICLES. THE ONLINE SITE SAID ALL ITEMS WERE IN STOCK. AFTER THREE WEEKS STILL NO DELIVERY AND SO I RANG THEM UP. THEY SAID NONE OF THE ITEMS WERE IN STOCK AND COULD NOT GIVE ME A FIRM DATE. I CANCELLED THE ORDER AND REQUESTED A REFUNG. SIX WEEKS LATER AND TWENTY EMAILS I HAVE HAD NO MONEY AND NO RESPONSE. I REPORTED THE COMPANY TO MASTERCARD IN ORDER TO GET MY MONEY BACK. OTHER REVIEW WEBSITES SHOW HUNDREDS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN DUPED LIKE ME. STAY CLEAR!!!!!
