Kindness and consideration Wins.
Went in to see about going on a solo cruise. Not disappointed Fiona was kind and considerae and listened to my plans/ ideas.
Even after taking the plunge and booking paying my deposit. I phoned the next day to change my cabin from an inside to a balcony due to anxiety issues, Fiona couldnt be more helpful, upgrading and informing me of my new cabin. No issues at all.

Excellent service accomplished by phone…
I knew which mini cruise I wanted but needed to check availability and accessibility for my husband. I rang Liam, told him what I wanted and he was able to check everything there and then and identified a suitable cabin after advising me against one I thought might be ok but actually wasn’t.
I could have made the booking there and then after a five minute phone call but wanted to double check with my husband. Liam sent through a quote and an hour later it was all booked and paid for. All via phone on a very hot day.
Excellent service.

Liam was so understanding of accommodating 3 mature ladies to a relaxing holiday and how he coped with the frustrations of some of the companies we looked at right until hitting the button to buy ho now and then the tour companies hadn’t got the holiday to sell. I can tell you G n Ts should be on offer for frustration and time consumption.
