Miles Morgan always delivers. I phoned on the off chance of a late deal that I had seen in an advert. Brittany served me. After a discussion of what I wanted, she contacted the holiday company to check my queries, came back to me very quickly and the holiday was booked. With a discount of £250 as well. What's not to like.

We would always book through Miles Morgan, they know us and match our holidays exactly. We feel it is great to have them there in case of any problem.

Our travel agent, Hannah, was extremely helpful as we are inexperienced cruise travellers. She managed the booking with assurance and also advised us to check our travel insurance covered cruising as it doesn’t always.

My wife and I are always made to feel welcome when we visit the shop. The staff are friendly, and are always willing to share knowledge from their own experiences.
We were ably assisted by Carla, who will take the time to listen to your wishes and then find something that matches them.
On this occasion, we wanted to re-arrange a holiday that we had already booked, and to book another holiday. This was happily done, and we walked out very excited about our new plans.
Miles Morgan will always be our 'go-to' travel agent.

She was very professional from the first visit and although we were only collecting information having visited another agency we decided to go ahead ready for next February and will be coming back to talk to her for 4 people going to Japan in October 2027. She understood exactly what we were looking for and is extremely knowledgeable.

Outstanding service at Miles Morgan. Our travel advisor was predominantly Hannah although all the staff we had contact with were excellent.
Hannah was extremely attentive to all of our holiday requirements, endlessly patient with us changing our minds as well as being knowledgeable and exceptionally professional throughout.

Pleasant,welcoming staff that were easy to talk to. Knowledgable about the area we were interested in and companies they were dealing with. got us the room that we wanted in the hotel we wanted on the date that we wanted so all boxes ticked.
