I could not place my order on line…
I could not place my order on line after a few attempts so I phoned to see if the order could be made over the phone I spoke to a very helpful person called Darnell nothing was to much trouble and I received a very good service and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Interior door handles…
Excellent delivered on time .handles look better than in the pictures top quality and didn't have to shop around for hinges and locks got them altogether . excellent value for money .

Id give them 6 stars if I could! I purchased 4 sets of handles, which are lovely and feel very good quality. When we came to fit them, we had an issue with one of the roses being stuck. I rang them and explained, no interrogation where I needed to provide proof, no excuses, just an apology for the inconvenience and a promised replacement. I was amazed it arrived the next day.
I wish more companies would provide the same level of service, Ill definitely buy from them again
