I purchased from them twice – a total of three sets of the Door Look (Golden Grace Victorian Scroll Polished Chrome Door Handle Privacy Pack 120mm + Hinges & 63mm Latch). During installation, I encountered several issues and sought their assistance. They explained everything with great care and patience, and their response time was exceptionally fast. I have never had such a pleasant online shopping experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Fantastic company brilliant selection of handles, the customer service is awesome I had an issue with one handle contacted them no hassle replacing my handle.

Ordered and fitted 5 golden grace handles , unfortunately one broke after only a few uses, contacted them and received a replacement and a refund within 48 hours. The customer service was great.Would definitely recommend and will use the company again

Bought a mortise lock that came with 2 keys. Can’t get them cut anywhere and they can’t supply more. Complete waste of time and now had to buy another lock

Nothing wrong with the handles but they don't cover where old handles were. I have emailed twice to return them with no response. Now close to 30 day cut off for returning hence 2 star review.

Ordered incorrect handles, a typical website mistake due to my age. Returned them via their postage label. Just phoned them and monies now sent. I expected long phone wait and order numbers required etc but within seconds my purchases were found on their system simply by my name.

I phoned on a number of occasions for advice before placing my order and each time I was given very good and knowledgeable advice on which products would be suitable and how to order to get the best price . In the original order some of the handles were marked, on contacting them they were replaced and immediately and delivered the next day from a different batch.

I bought a 6 pack of cadenza door handles and the matching bathroom door lock handle, handles arrived yesterday have just taken out of box in order to put on doors and 3 sets out of the 7 are damaged I have tried to organise replacement but I am unable to work the website. I need the 3 sets of handles replaced and without a port of contact how am I gonna do that

ordered some lovely door handles at a great price delivery fast...however unfortunately they started to show signs of wear/some sort of corrosion within a year so gave them a message and they advised me I had 1 year guarantee and replaced all the affected door handles very quickly great service very happy thanks.

Order came on time, all goods to expected standard except one of the door handle escutcheons which had seized. I emailed to request a replacement and they responded within a week, sending out a replacement.
