Visited Nathaniel looking to change my MG ZS for a hybrid version. Was very happy with the service received from Dan who sold me the vehicle. Hopefully many happy years of motoring ahead.

My new car was ready for pickup on the day agreed and Cody made sure I was comfortable with her before I drove her away. He called me a week later to ask how I was getting on with her and answered a few questions I had.
The whole experience from first sight to ownership, was smooth and easy. I would definitely buy a car from them again.

Salesman Colin Snook was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble to help us to choose the right car for us and we would recommend visiting the showroom if they want to change their cars.

I met with a wonderful sales man, names Damien Perkins. He was professional, but very intune with the customer, namely me. There was no hard sell, just a sound knowledge of the car and he understood my requirements. His professionalism went over and above to what I've experienced from any sales person I've dealt with in my 50 years of driving.

Thanks good value no hassle

It was great dealing with them and answering questions. However when picking the car up there was an issue with the software. I was about to drive away but the sales staff wanted to check it with me and thankfully they did. They couldnt fix it there, its take a month to get it booked in for a software update date and whilst thats not the sales staff its frustrating its taking so long. My husband s car has the same issue and his isnt even booked in yet.

First time dealing with Nathaniel in Bridgend. Could not be happier with the whole process. From first point of contact with Ann Filipe through to Terry Christopher who coordinated the purchase. Very professional and made everything simple and straightforward. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Really good deals on MG cars. Have recommended to my family also. My daughter had a minor fault on hers- fixed without a quibble even though the car was 6 years old. Sales staff are not pushy but know their stuff!

Just received my new car today, from the start Terry Christopher kept me informed whilst waiting to collect it. I have had quite a few cars from Nathaniel’s and can only praise all the staff for their politeness and can honestly say nothing is to much trouble for them, any questions are always well received and answered. First class organisation. Can’t thank the team enough and would strongly recommend anyone to pay a visit if you are looking for a car brand new or second hand.
