UNTRUSTWORTHY - DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. RAC MECHANIC Ticked a box that I can prove they did not do this particular trial. I contacted the complaints team and once I said I had proof DID NOT HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN. APPALLING SERVICE AND EXPENSIVE

RAC absolute disgrace
So booked a battery replacement online for today 3rd September and received email confirmation and a text so I thought great and booked to work from home. So here we are 6.30pm and no mechanic, no call to say he can’t make it or a call from the service team. Maybe he broke down and was waiting for a breakdown truck to turn up…. we all know how long that can take!!! but still no call. So much for the promise of avoiding a garage with hassle free service. Thanks RAC…. NOT

Jeremy 8327 arrived on time with good communication prior to arrival
I had tried to sell my car and was told it had a number of faults.
Jeremy was extremely patient with my questions and reassuring and very professional. Having Jeremy from the RAC tell me that my car was in good shape has given me the confidence and proof to get a much better deal than the one I was offered. In retrospect I should have had the service and inspection first.

Mobile mechanic was great
Mobile mechanic was great , as were the breakdown guys over the last 2 weeks. I had planned my day around an email giving appointment at 10.30 , this isn’t accurate. The time window is all day . Each of the guys txt me and called with plenty of notice which helped a lot . Cheers guys
