Amazing job
RAC mechanic were very professional he identified the problem so rather then to do job he said I need something else to fix I hook for front disc brakes replaced but he check and the breaks was good so he didn’t charge for that plus he advise me to take care to garage as they don’t change wheel hub it was issue with wheel hub I really appreciate and would recommend every one to try RAC

The mechanic (Tristan) was polite and seemingly knowledgeable. He was unable to fix the issue on the day, but explained what it was and arranged a follow-up appointment.
However, when I booked the appointment initially I was told I'd receive a text the following day with an approximate time slot. Instead I heard nothing other than a text, well into the afternoon, saying the mechanic was on his way - he arrived more than an hour after this.

The service was great. I was kept fully informed via text when the mechanic was on the way. This is better than having to wait at home all day. Phil was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a service on my drive
I had a service on my drive. Which was so easy for me and convenient. The RAC man was friendly, on time. Respectful on my property. He explained any warning signs and what to look out for. And give helpful advice about my car.

Let down
Had my car booked in for a mobile mechanic for Thursday , they rang just before 5pm to say it was cancelled and I had to reschedule for Monday, as the mechanic had rang in sick, not very confident that they won’t do the same for Monday, very disappointed, as going on holiday next week. Hopefully when they arrive they will do a good job!!

Kieron (8463) made a stressful day a breeze with his friendly, down-to-earth approach and top-tier patience while explaining the issue with my Nissan Juke. He even recognised true talent, declaring my mum’s coffee the best!
