Faye was very helpful and patient while I was struggling to use my bank account. She very considerate.

Didn’t have much idea about the fragrances to gift and was helped out by Tas. She recommended several perfumes and made the process really easy for me. Would definitely come here again for more.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by The Perfume Shop. I contacted the company over 24 hours ago regarding missing reward points that should have been applied following a recent purchase, yet I have received no response or acknowledgment.

As a returning customer who has made multiple purchases over time, I expect a basic level of communication and support when issues arise. The complete lack of response is both frustrating and unprofessional.

In my opinion, customer service is a clear reflection of a company’s standards and values. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in continuing to shop with The Perfume Shop.

With many reputable alternatives available, including Allbeauty, Sephora, and Perfume Price, I will be choosing to take my business elsewhere going forward.

Excellent visit today at the Perfume shop in St James Quarter Edinburgh . Both Paul and Emma were very welcoming and very helpful, there assistance and answers to my questions were superb, both of them took time and helped me through my choices. Samples were provided to make the desired choice and I am delighted with them. Both Emma and Paul made my visit and the purchase very easy . Thanks to them for there help. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Very very disappointed. Ordered my husband a fragrance over a year ago. Keep chasing this up and nobody is helping me out. When I go in store they say call customer services and when I call them they say go in store.

Placed an order. Didn’t receive. Chased it relentlessly nothing happened. Asked for refund and again nothing! Basically TPS are stealers and have scammed me out of over 100£ with no product or refund!!!

Never will I shop or order from them again. Your customer service stinks and you think it’s okay to steal.

Ordered at 8pm Monday paid £6 next day delivery for girlfriends birthday, now it’s 5 pm Tuesday and you have told me it’s not coming till tommorow, thanks she’s crying now ruined her birthday
