Very very disappointed
Very very disappointed. Ordered my husband a fragrance over a year ago. Keep chasing this up and nobody is helping me out. When I go in store they say call customer services and when I call them they say go in store.
Placed an order. Didn’t receive. Chased it relentlessly nothing happened. Asked for refund and again nothing! Basically TPS are stealers and have scammed me out of over 100£ with no product or refund!!!
Never will I shop or order from them again. Your customer service stinks and you think it’s okay to steal.

Zara was incredible
I had an amazing experience at the perfume shop, all thanks to Zara. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help me find the perfect scent. She was so warm and friendly, and I left feeling truly delighted. I highly recommend asking for Zara if you visit!
