Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Donna and Gareth where very good. They kept me updated on a regular basis, supported me when I need a bit of help with sending documents etc. My mortgage was completed very quickly and hassle free. Top marks to everyone. Professional and personable
From start to finish the team have been professional, flexible, helpful and understanding. They understood the need for a speedy resolution and were always on hand via the NIVO app for help and support. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Quite simply the best experience we have ever had in our 25+ years of banking. From the very first phone call right through to completion - a process that took less than 2 weeks!!! - we knew were in the best hands to help us navigate our way through a complex set of needs. Donna & Paul were outstanding and made sure the whole process was efficient and more importantly for us, entirely stress free.
